Inspired by a poem he wrote long ago, big mountain rider Jeremy Jones summons his greatest influences and dissects his lifelong passion for the simple and sacred feeling he calls, "The Glide." // presented by O'Neill
This may be the single most epic short video I've ever seen. The slomo is so trippy and the narration and cast are prime. I can relate to this video in so many ways. Thank you Jeremy Jones for this masterpiece
This short film is so prime! Recently got into snowboarding and got the Storm Wolf Jones board in the quiver rode it last weekend for first time in some POW on the slopes at Alpine Meadows, The Glide is real!
Bravo! Well done. Thank you. "Let the board and the mountain do all the work. You don't do the work." We express our feelings through glide, interpreted through style and delivered by craftsmanship. That's your motto.
Such a sick edit. I’ve been riding Skip Fryes for years. From 5’11”- 11’2” Im up at In Oregon now, my buddy hooked me up with a Jones 172 Flagship!!!! Wooohoooo! I can point that board anywhere over and thru anything. Just amazing. Only a surfer knows the feeling. Thanks Boyz!!
Gave props to Craig Kelly at the very end... Respect.. I had chills through this whole film! BTW.. My Jones Mind Expander is by far, the best board I've ever ridden!
I just love my Jones Mountain twin and Craig Kelly was my idol when I started boarding back in 87. Jeremy Jones seems like one of those great guys that you can chill and share a beer and stories 😊🏂
Loe it, so well done. The editing, his voice and the script......amazing work. I'm a skier and this guy inspired me not only for the sport.....also for the love of those white mountains! Alohas from Maui!
Wow the only thing wasted was snow after that amazing lip bash. Truly beautiful film TGR and JJ thank you 4 putting two words so many heartfelt feelings and great left right off the gates whatever part of the world that was would love to know by the way. Jeremy that's a really nice fish you are riding they are my main weapon in my quiver surfing mainly beachbreak barrels or hurricane surf on the East Coast Outer Banks. So knowing Skip Frye and Tom Curran blown I'm sure you have to have seen Glass Love and Litmus with Derek Hind and many other fabulous surfurs if anybody hasn't watched those two films very highly recommended. I'm on a rant so stoked stay covered my friends!!!
OMG it's beautiful. My dad's an old school surfer ..still gliding at 70 and I shred as often as I can..a lot.. Thank you Jeremy! this vid was super moving to me it describes why I am the way I am..thanks bra so sick slashes 🤙🤙🤙👊👍
I am born and raised on oahu Hawaii and have never seen snow. This is like the polar opposite of my life in the sense I started surfing at 8. Never looked back. Lol you call it the glide that awesome!
And God made gravity, and he saw it was Good. He maketh us to glide down in fields of snow, and on waves of melted blue. He gave us the sun, the moon and the stars to guide our way, and hearts to love the Way we found. And we saw it was good.
