• How to make a Roux
Stir in 2 cups of heavy cream to Roux, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp of Walkers Jerk Seasoning, 2tsp black pepper, garlic powder old bay seasoning and 3 tsp Tony Chachere’s original creole seasoning
Sauté bell peppers and red onions in 2 tbsp of olive oil. Use the same seasoning we put in the sauce for the veggies if you like
Chop up 4 Jerk Chicken Thighs (Pre Cooked)
Roll out pizza dough onto a floured surface. Use a pizza pan if you have one.
I added some garlic butter to the crust to give it some extra flavor then add the jerk sauce we made. Don’t use it all
Place in the oven on 425 for about 5 minutes
Remove the pizza and add more sauce if needed
Add the cheese, chicken and veggies we cooked
Place the pizza back in the oven on the rack or leave it on the pan for for 8-10 minutes
Serve it while it’s hot!
