Like the creativity nothing beats the sheepskin though( the degree) I like where you going though. You’ll need money and power to change things. Unless you enter the fold of our Church and consecrate your life to God. Just some thoughts for you. JMHO. You have no trepidation for spending your time with the broken. A natural empath. Choose your looks , communication’s skills apply it to profession where you could do the most good. Or hide under Gods wing , and serve in our church. Blessings.

I think he is already doing a lot of good by increasing awareness to the horrors of drug addiction, and that doesn't take a lot of money or power. These people don't need a judge they just need compassion in my honest opinion. By the way, how do you know he is not under Gods wing. You don't have to be a member of a Church to do good in this world. Was Jesus a member of any Church?

Monkey, figure out some way to ask "do you get a check"? or ask about "surely you get food stamps" Many interesting stories can come from asking those two questions. You may ask if they are doing AA or NA. Some people do not have any problem speaking about meetings. Ask about "when was the last time you were robbed"? Maybe, "what hospital has treated you the best/worst?
