I appreciate so much how they didn't force the interview to go on. Mr. West was obviously in a lot of pain. I love that they could tell and decided to cut the interview short to allow Mr. West to grieve not on camera.

Knowing how it affected Lakers fans who were just fans of his that never met him I can’t imagine how it affected people like Jerry and his family. Kobe was definitely a special person. There was something about him other than just being a good basketball player. I mean yes he was taller than the average person but his size was about average for the NBA. He wasn’t born with the physical gifts that LeBron James has but his drive and determination and his worth ethic is what made him head and shoulders above the rest. You would think after everything we heard about how he trained in practice that that was his entire life but then to find out he gave that same kind of dedication to his family is truly amazing. Rest in peace Kobe. Thank you for everything you gave us.
