I’m not a band kid but I respect those who can play an instrument and so this because this is truly amazing. It fills me with so much emotion that it’s hard to explain but I wanted this to be a thank you for kids who are in band. Don’t be ashamed to be in band because you make football games and pep rally’s fun. You can make something beautiful and you do, don’t forget that.

does this version of pure imagination exist anywhere besides here? I've heard so many orchestral compositions of this song but never like this. Absolutely immaculate, gives me chills like no other. Surprised i haven't heard this version anywhere but here. Never gets old.
Hats off to the trumpet section - it’s hard to get that bright beautiful ringing tone without blasting full volume, but these folks did it. Same to the soloist - the glissando on a valved instrument takes a lot of practice to do smoothly.
You know how you know this is epic? They woke people up out of their sleep and not one person screamed at them to stfu. Protect these kids at all costs. I hope they’re all doing well, everyone in this video!
This rendition of Pure Imagination is my absolute favorite. The acoustics in a gym with barely anything in it will always resonate with me having done drum corps. Hearing horns at like 7 or 8 in the morning is absolutely breathtaking.
