The fact that Jesse wrote this song and Leona Lewis recorded it then he recorded it just shows what a distinguished and incredibly talented singer and songwriter he is!!! Gosh he’s incredible!!!
Спустя так много лет, несмотря на то, что я предпочитаю металл, я сижу ночью и слушаю этого парня, всегда не переваривала "песню Леоны".. Теперь все стало на свои места для меня. Прекрасная песня и потрясающий парень! 💖💖
Jesse wrote the song with Ryan Tedder and then Simon Cowell wanted it for Leona so Jessie gave it to Simon his managers or whoever didn't like the song for his album...they're crazy I LOVE his version of the song
This song is 110% seriously better then the other singer. Jesse owns this big time. He's a beautiful singer! ah i kinda miss his old blonde look aswell.
Did you know: Jesse McCartney gave this song to Leona Lewis after writing it, which was a smart move in a way cause they both sound amazing when singing this. And it made her a big hit. Just goes to show how kind Jesse is:) teehee
Love this version better, don't know is somethiing with JM voice that tracks me in to the song, that's happends in ever song of him. He actually writted this song I'm amazed and proud fan.
Exactly! I'm all about the lyrics of songs and this is so beautifully written! Would love to hear a duet though, him and Leona Lewis have amazing voices I think they'd compliment each other well.
Actually, the lead singer of OneRepublic wrote this song, gave it to jessie, jessies record label made him drop it which led to it being given to leona lewis.
When I hear Jesses songs it always reminds me to the time where songs had a meaning and had feelings in it .... Today you here songs which are titled: don't let the party stop or something like that.... I mean it's nice to have some songs you can party on but if it's the only thing you can hear.... I think I'll get mad if this continues : DD Well I'm really missing those songs who are written with heart .. ! I'll lvoe his songs forever!!
personally i was never a big fan of this song simply because so many of my friends were obsessed with it now that i found this version i honestly don't mind it too much i already knew that he co-wrote it with tedder but i never knew he actually recordered his own version i gotta say i like it lol thx for posting
I like this!!! I didn't know that Jessie wrote and sing it first. I like this version better, but Leona has got an angel voice and she's one of my favourite singer.
He didn’t release it first, it’s his song yes but they didn’t want to put it on his album so they have the song to lews to release it on her first album
@@iams1635 honestly I think this song and this version would have done WAY better that leonas if he had been allowed to release it...after all at this point of his career basically everything he was touching was turning to gold
Omg I used to hum the " I keep bleeding, keep keep bleeding love " tune in my head and i never knew where I'd heard it from but when i randomly picked and heard this song....well..... YAY!!!! I -3 u JM!!!!
ky09 Jesse Wrote the lyrics. Ryan tedder from One republic composed the music and produced the song. Jesse's Label at the time, Disney's Hollywood records didn't like the song and didn't let him put it on "Departure" so Jesse passed it to Leona when simon Cowell wanted it for her album
@@CondomsRoseCondoms actually I think this song was the beginng of the end of his relationship with hollwood records and he had gotten tired of them telling hime what type of music he had to make
I just love this song so much! Can't stop replaying. I hope they have it on Itunes. I know it's a demo but I still hope, even a small part of this song will do. It's amazing! LOVE IT BETTER THAN LEONA'S! Just saying
who cares about the pedigree? everyone who was involved got proper credit for their part in a GREAT song. And this kid has an outstanding voice. I think he should have released it himself instead of giving it to Leona
I love both versions! If he wrote the song, good for him sharing it with another artist who gives it a different sound. That means he gets paid either way. To him, the best sound is the cashing of those royalty checks. Love it.
