slopcrusher thanks for the correction that I already made myself. But since my comment is above yours, you probably just wasting your time seeking attention. Sorry. Try again
Colorblind and what the fuck is that supposed to mean??? is that some back roads hillbilly shit no one ever heard of before cuz all you have is your cousins and sisters to fuck bullshit
that_G_EvanP because an incredibly simple and short interaction completely captured Ventura’s character. With barely any speaking, the audience immediately knows what kind of person Blaine is.
I agree "Makes Cambodia look like Kansas" is the character's best line. In one sentence it tells the viewer how experienced this man is, and just how bad this new situation is.
Kevin Chamberlain Jesse was a character actor not leading man material and usually cameos in his movies and had several credited roles then he came back to Minnesota in early 1990s got into politics until became Governor of Minnesota and retired. He was originally from Minnesota born and raised
@@alexscott730 Jesse 'The Body' Ventura has no "star quality", so that's why he was a star in the WWF in a career cut short by nerve damage from Agent Orange exposure? You're fucking stupid, dude. Do some reading instead of idiot-yapping.
Graham is the best interviewer mainly because he’s an excellent listener, he listens intently and when he speaks he asks poignant questions then shuts the hell uo.
I think this movie is so unique because of all the crazy guys in it. The fact that 2 of them are real vietnam veterans makes it unique, in a similar way like universal soldier where Lundgren and Van Damme the 2 real fighters are the main actors. The predator crew was unique, very excentric tall muscular guys in a jungle. Also the movie was edited really well also the music fit well, the whole atmosphere was amazing. Nowadays they cant produce such classic movies anymore. Late 80s and the whole 90s was gold, the best time in Hollywood for sure
I'm new to emoji language, but I think that translates to you want to shove your thumb up his butt, clap the lights off, punch him in the face, then pluck his eyebrows with your fingers?
Jesse was brilliant in that movie and the casting was brilliant. A movie that is timeless aand an idea so simple and executed perfectly. Cheap to make and shot simply and characters that are authentic and genuine.
i wish Jesse Ventura's performance was more remembered literally everyone remembers Arnold Schwarzenegger and The Predator and that's it! I didn't even know Jesse was in it till this past year and it blew my mind!!
Poncho: "Billy... you know somethin'. What is it?" Billy : "I'm scared, Poncho." Poncho : "Bullshit. You ain't afraid of no man." Billy : "There's something out there waiting for us, and it ain't no man. We're all gonna die." Me: "Oh, hell no! I didn't sign up for this shit!"
One of the greatest science-fiction/horror/claustrophobic/action movie ever . It had everything in it dark humor, action, some epic one-liners ,a girl, a team of über testosterones dudes and one of the iconic alien "The Predator" of all times . This movie is as many others from that era ahead of it's time . Still wondering why we cannot make beter is beyond me . - Predator 1 : Is excellent had great chemistry between the actors and the realisator and producer . The movie gets easy a 9.5 out of 10 . - Predator 2 : Somehow a subtle sequel this time in a big city Los Angeles and with Danny Glover , Gary Busey, etc.. The story is still good as it is a great movie not as perfect as the first one but still very accurate and convincible . As for the special effects a big thumbs up for it's time . I give that movie an 8.5 out of 10 . - Predators from Rodriguez starring Adrian Brody : What to say about that abomination ?! It is just a loosy remake from the first movie from 1987 . With some new elements but sadly they weren't elaborated enough . The plot somewhat got lost here and there . As Adrian Brody taking the role of Arnie is laughable af , Laurence Fishburne role was meh...bleh.. And the forced silly stereotypes and clichés which makes it too much of a parody than be a successor to the original movie . I give that movie a 6.5 out of 10 . - Alien vs. Predator 1 : Was more of an hommage from two great franchises one being "Alien" the other "Predator" the movie was never ment to be serious as it took some liberties . Sure there are some flaws and incoherencies but yet it's a good movie to watch and see both of these monsters fight together . And as a bonus we got Lance Henriksen "Bishop" which is always good . I give this movie a 7 out of 10 . - Alien vs. Predator 2 Requiem : Hmmmm ....??¿ don't know what to say about this movie since we cannot see shit whats happening . All is dark and dark . The plot is stupid and the "Predalien" was even more stupid and worse . The special effects were bad from what was to be seen . As all the actors weren't convincible at all . I give this movie a 1 out of 10 . - Predator from Shane Black : Nothing original as movie again another loosy remake from the original movie from 1987 . Bad choice of actors just to please newer generations . Oh a taller Predator what a revolution!?! ( what will be next ? A sumo predator? a nazi predator ? a five headed predator ? a teletubbies predator ? ) . The bad CGI effects . And the silly easter eggs and references . Also every new Predator movie that is being made the monster has new gadgets "something like a James Bond movie" which is ridiculous imo . As Shane Black used to make better movies "Leathal Weapon i.e." This Predator movie is a big shame . I give this movie a 2 out of 10 . They should really STOP to make sequels, prequels, reboots, re-imaginations it gets ridiculous now .
How can you not like Jesse Ventura as a politician , an actor , a soldier , an athlete . He personifies for me what a politician should be , for the people , common sense , transparency and a true patriot not like these god dam chicken hawks Washington has bred .
Ventura was great! The 50 Cal treating up the jungle. O e of My personal favorite lines of many is when the American Indian tracker says “We’re all Gonna die!” And the other guy later says “ I’ve never seen him afraid of anything.”
Van Damme seems to have really helped their realization of the predator, though, because they seemed to have no idea how to do it and were doing it unsafely, too.
I ain't got time to bleed was my favorite line in the movie involving Jesse.... That movie came out a couple of years after I got out of active duty in the Army and it frightened the shit out of me thinking about how we would have reacted to fighting another life form with that kind of technology!!!
And then Abraxas happened. I feel like that director was like "Take everything about your personality that makes you who you are... and do the opposite."
Long live Jesse Ventura Please people wake up we need Americans like this people that have the capacity for critical thinking and can challenge Americans to think and prosper
Jesse's awesome. I've never seen this interviewer before, and when the word 'Graham' came up in big letters with an unfamiliar name underneath, I though maybe it was the guy sitting in for Graham Norton, but I think that's not happened yet.
I hate to sound like an old fuddy duddy, but all the things that made Predator an engaging action and sci fi movie seem completely lost on Hollywood these days. There isn't any character building or connections made to the main characters so when the action starts, there isn't any tension. It's all about CGI and how much ridiculous visuals they can throw at you over and over. It just goes to keep Predator a top tier movie.

This is true not only for movie industry, but for gaming as well. There are some exceptions though, so don't throw everything to one bin m
@@thedarkfrost2351 yes. Great scenery. But it doesn't have near the impact of storytelling as Predator. Leonardo is good but overacted, his scenes of being wounded he grunts like he's doing a new bench press max. (Your opinions could be more persuasive without the Ad Homimen attacks. No need to be childish.)
I still remember back in the day as a little boy seeing those skinned bodies hanging upside down from the trees, this was no average movie. This wasn't the average Schwarzenegger movie either. Now we know half of those guys either ended up being governor or at the very least running for governor, all have great stories to tell.
Was it?! I been thinking about watching that. That's the only one I haven't seen. Don't know if you've seen it, but "Predators" with Adrien Brody is pretty damn good
I love this man the realest human being super successful I wish more people would actually listen to what he has to say he's brilliant and understands exactly how the world is running right now he doesn't talk he's lived it and Ron Paul everybody should understand and listen to this man he unblocked himself in the Matrix a long time ago unbelievable I'm totally with them side-by-side incredible man
Jesse and I were both friends of Joe Sensor who played for the Vikings ... I went into Joe's sports bar to say hello, and have a beer ... 1 seat at the bar .... heard the guy talking next to me, and it was Jesse Ventura .. Boy , did we have fun .. Telling stories etc ... I had been in Camp with the Cowboys and Eagles , and we just told stories of the people we met etc ... funny wrestling stories from him ... It was time to go ... 2 hours later .... a few beers, many laughs, we walked out at the same time ... as Jesse walked away, I yelled ... HEY JESSE ... I ain't got time to bleed ... He stopped, and said, NO ... it goes like this ... said it .. .we both burst out laughing .... what a night. !!!
