Agent seems totally lost. He obviously didn't prepare himself for the line of questioning he was going to be subjected to. He makes himself look stupid. Irritating.
The only thing about this specific testimony is “he erased all communications with Jessica”.. that’s the only thing that appears to be suspicious. But I’m still not linking him to the crime.
Jordan Diddy I can’t believe they didn’t establish every possible proof of timeline to verify where he was!! Just a pic w/o a time stamp?! Or date? Just - he said he was there around when he saw blue lights ?? That would be a freaking alibi right?? Which the freaking cop said they went off his timeline to go over footage at the store where he bought the blue dot card!! This looks bad for prosecution! I’m in shock right now. I expected more!
I'm so Confused! I am Lost! I just started to Watch this Case and then there was a Mistrial... ? And he got away with Murder! And he's being charged for another Case for Murder???🤔 RIP Little Jessica 😢💔🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
So sad and I've researched the case and the other case he is involved in and I believe he's guilty.... I'd like to watch this all but there are just way too many commercials.... But I'm still watching.
Wtf?!! They didn’t get a time stamp for when he bought the blue dot card?!! Wth would they not establish with certainty when the hell he bought that card or appeared on that video??!! Cuz if they went off his timeline??
She came out of wooded area. That area was not deemed a crime scene. How did she get there? That is probably the area where she was set on fire. Then the car was set on fire to destroy evidence. The wooded area probably held some evidence.
Somebody! Please! Oil the freaking squeaky chairs, or STOP rolling around in them! Geez!..😖😖😖…How much is a can, of WD-40 in Mississippi anyway? 🤷🏼♀️…..✌🏼🇨🇦
In the interview room he acts like the shouldn't be his DNA would be on the keys. And then after that when he's alone with his mama he tells HER that he drove to the liquor store with her. So he lied to the cops but after he found out his DNA was on the keys came up with a reason it was found . If your innocent and have nothing to hide ,you hide nothing. I started out not believing he was guilty but now I'm starting to think a little differently. Acting in the interview like he can't really remember but yet giving all the details but under I think this is what I was doing. An awful lot of info for someone who's memory is faulty. I'm just sayin.....
I just can't help but feel like something is very wrong. The police left a lot of evidence out that would have helped prove their case. Something is just so so wrong. I can't help but feel like they are desperate to pin this on someone.
Thats because, they are! This was a horrible crime, & the pressure is always on the police, to find someone, & sew things up, (CORRECTLY mind you, 💁🏼♀️) PDQ! ..✌🏼🇨🇦
i dont like tellis.....i think he is guilty minimally by association.....horrible man.....but they have to let him go.....because of the ineptitude of people like this fbi agent
The FBI agent made a fool of himself. Where's he think he was going? To the beach? (As per Judge Judy). His interview was a joke. Was this his first? And you wonder about mistrials...... Hope his supervisor had a few words with him. (He ulm)
Right? 🤷🏼♀️…don’t you just want to slap him! 💁🏼♀️ I wish I’d have been a fly on the wall, in his meeting w the boss following this “debacle!”..it makes the entire FBI, look ridiculous, unprepared, uninterested, all of it, & Jessica, & her family, certainly deserved better than this guy!…✌🏼🇨🇦
@@emilylange4748 I totally agree. She probably could have done that (nodding), alot better than 25 ppl wearing her out asking her the same questions, with her not being able to respond as she wished, poor girl. They never used their thinking caps cuz they were too many ppl worried about the whole incident. She needed 1 person or 2 witnessses to concentrate on HER. JUST HER. God rest her beautiful soul. She was hanging with some shady ass so called "friends." With friends as non chalant as them, who needs enemies. Poor girl was too young to know how close to danger she really was...i believe she was surrounded by frenemies. They were all using her for her car & her weed, sounds like...BUT: GOD will get justice. Believe that. If not here, in the next life...he NEVER sleeps. He is a just God.
yes also he could have simply lies n said is name was eric ew dont know what her thought process was dureing those moments, i think this guy did it tho regardless
That is his last name, tho. When she said "Eric"they also asked his last name and she stated she didn't know? Why Jessica was not asked to confirm the name Eric totally baffles me!
Emily Lange .. I’m not sure if Jessica would have been in any state to nod her head. Remember, her skin was burned so badly, almost leather like causing the skin to buckle and stiffen and not allow her to move. I think by the time the first responders got to her ...her body was going into shock and most likely beginning to shut down. Jessica most likely knew time was of the essence and trying to talk was her best shot to communicate... especially when there was so much commotion going on around her and too many asking questions of her. I cannot begin to imagine, the pain, shock, horror and fear this young lady was enduring at the time ....and added to it ... frustration! Rip JC
So, beginning @ 42:32, is that what they teach you, is the best way to collect, & state the facts @ FBI school? (Speak of painful to watch!..🤭 🙈) Look out Clarice Starling! 💁🏼♀️ This guys looking for your job!..Not!…🤣😅😂😆😆…✌🏼🇨🇦
I believe her tongue was so burnt she could not pronounce her Ds' so she meant Derrick. That is probably a form of science proof. She could not bite down from her burnt tongue. Let the records show. Just saying , my take on it.
I like to know why the court clerk is not holding a Bible when she swearing in witnesses no bible no truth in some of them terrible set up .tillis was the last person to see or hear from her so up up juror
Because some of us in the world are science based not fantasy. For me swearing on the bible is no different to swearing on any other story book eg Harry Potter series. My promise comes from my heart to tell the truth. No book changes that.
Why are they letting the defense call her "Miss Jessica?" As a nobody in this it's pissing me off if I were related to the victim I would be livid. very disrespectful
Down south it's very common for everyone to put "miss" in front of a female first name. It's not viewed as disrespectful. Infact, I do believe it's viewed as a sign of respect with most southerners.
I am personally honored when "Miss" is added before addressing me by my first name. In some cultures, like the Southern states where this trial is occurring, addressing a female by her first name alone is disrespectful.
Hey! Mr. FBI guy! Okay, is non responsive, & I’d jump all over you, if you worked for me w that answer! It sounds cocky, & dismissive, like you don’t really care! Sorry but he sounds totally arrogant…it’s a bad look buddy! And sorry to repeat myself, 🤷🏼♀️ but this defence attorney, is again referring to the FBI guy, as “Agent,”.. but only ever referred to “Ofc” Dixon, as “Mr.” Dixon, & I’m wondering why the disrespect…💁🏼♀️…✌🏼🇨🇦
