the way Abby and Jessie were looking at each other while the other sang like absolutely made my day. These girls are a long way from where they started here in Evanston
Abby's gestures say it all. At first she bobs her head appreciatively as her sister Jessie weaves her tale in song. Then when Jessie reaches her powerful crescendo, Abby looks away ... awestruck. Abby knows that she is witnessing - as are we - one of the great singers of her generation.
My best friend and sister died suddenly. She was doing homework and was there one second and then was just gone. I am struggling so hard with the pain but I listen to this every day. While it makes me weep bitterly, it comforts me in a real and deep way.
These two are amazing. Both has a way to project their emotions in song that is just breathtaking. Jessie in waitress and Abby in Six becomes Broadway royalty :)
Jessie is on the right Abby is on the left I know Abby had a few tears but I don't think Jessie does. Jessie does that thing where she looks sad but it's just her focusing or acting or she's actually sad
