This is one of my favorite preachers of all times. Carefully crafted and precise. Praise the Lord I had to live to see John Piper preach even though it is online. As an African who is passionate about sound preaching, I highly appreciate the careful exposition of scripture
My husband did prison ministry for 25 years. Some of his best memories are from delivering a message and doing communion with the guys. Thank you John Piper for ministering to these men.

His qualities will be absorbed like how one absorbs food and lives because of it. Gospel of Thomas 11 Jesus said, "This heaven (sky) will pass away, and the one above it (outer space) will pass away (God's Kingdom/third heaven remains forever). The dead are not alive, and the living will not die. In the days when you consumed what is dead, you made it what is alive. When you come to dwell in the light, what will you do? On the day when you were one you became two. But when you become two, what will you do?"
You should say "didn't that sermon strike my heart? Didn't that message exactly relate to my condition? Wasn't it a rebuke that I deserved, a word of reproof or of exhortation? It Had to be performed by a priest Where did Jesus, eat the Passover?” Matthew 26:17 he was the Priest and he was the lamb witch had to be eaten John 6:53 53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
