@staomruel in most parts of the action of this video it is rotoscoped. you even have that rick and morty slap (idk the movie name), matching the cinematography and all. But i do see the aspects of using 3d objects or a 3d model of jesus to reference the animation, making them look simulated and rigid, perhaps. rotoscoping is not limited by anatomy. you can rotoscope from 3d animations but examples like Joel haver is also valid. But from my perspective, the stunts look all too smooth for an animation to be done by eye and hand alone. looking at the game Mortis, all cutscene animation is rotoscoped and if you compare how similar the animations are, it is rotoscoped, in most parts
