Retired from Delta and just retired from Jetblue in 2020 because of covid, now with American. I have to say jetblue was the best airline to work for. Im so proud that jetblue has kept up the fantastic service, I miss working there.
What struck me with your video was how friendly and efficient the cabin crew were. and of course that makes all the difference. One last thing. Can you tell me the name of the backing track being played at the end of the video when you were placing your breakfast order.
Im the second ! Always a professional informative critique from DesignAir ! Great energy .. Jet Blue should be justly proud of their product , and grateful to DesignAir for their honest informative appraisal . Job Well done !
Wow just wow I can n only dream to fly on the mint suites! That service looked absolutely perfect especially the food...I wonder what the economy serves.
I will be flying Jetblue Mint on July 3rd. I am looking forward to my flight to London. Further, it will be special because I will be flying with my granddaughter. I will come back and share my experience.
Great video! I have watched similar videos but yours added little details that other videos did not. It was also nice to see a video that was not the red eye since I will be on this same flight in a few months.
I still think United Polaris is the best Business class a US based carrier has to offer on international routes. That said this is very impressive from Jet Blue. The ordering on the touch screen and amenity kits were great and free WiFi. My one thing is flying across the ocean on a tiny jet. I have a hard enough time with the 787 and A350. I am more comfortable in a wide body like the 777, A330, and especially in the 747 and A380. But again UA, American , Delta - take note of the amazing looking food and presentation , hospitality and great great cabin set up. Dam they are coming for you !!!!!!!
I have mixed feelings about the merger. While JetBlue needs a bigger network of routes to compete against bigger airline networks and loyalty programs to attract more customers. Mergers never go well in the beginning, history has shown us that with 2 different companies merging leads to clashes in cultures and organizational operation. The clash of cultures leads to inconsistency of the business model until it reaches its new level of cohesion. These to Airlines have very different models of doing business with JetBlue focusing on a more service oriented approach with reasonable pricing. Spirt business is based on the traveler that travels by fare alone and has rather low onboard service. I guess we will see what the future holds. Until then, I wish them the best of luck.
I have a question. Looking at the seat configuration, it's hard to figure out which are the better pair of seats to choose if traveling with a partner. Next to each other or across the aisle?
Jetblue are going to be my go to airline for crossing the Atlantic from now on. I just had a disastrous experience with British Airways. Cancelled flight from LHR to LAX then they cancelled me off an AA flight that was supposed to get me back to LA. I ended up flying Virgin Atlantic to Atlanta at great expense. BA's customer service is awful and they have lost me a customer.
I’ve just had a similar experience with BA, they canceled my flight and gave me no alternative flight! Just a refund on my return flight back to U.S. So I’m left to book with another airline, or be stranded in the UK. I’m booked with JetBlue for tomorrow morning and using their Mint class, excited! I intend on filing a strong complaint with BA.
We just arrived in LAX after a terrible JetBlue Mint experience. Basically 4.5 hours of delay and then no one notified us that there was NO FOOD on the 6 hours of transcontinental flight. A horrible experience. Just another example of the poor state of air service in the US. It sucked, don't fly JetBlue, it's a very poor value at best!!!
