Belichick, Vrabel, Bowles, Rex Ryan, Dan Quinn etc. Even Tomlin is on the hot seat without good Quarterback play. Offensive coaches can make an average quarterback better, but defensive coaches need someone to score points.

Simple. They are a power team that plays downhill with the RBs carrying 60% of the load. This also takes at least some pressure off of a poor pass blocking O-Line. They ARE NOT a passing team that comes back from behind. This team plays even or with a lead.
@@crazyworld54321 Well all NFL teams have to come back from behind at some point in the season. That inability is a handicap in my view. You have to keep the linebackers and coverage guessing and make them respect the ground game IMO.
