The only thing I could see that doesn't make Robert Saleh look like an idiot is if the front office or ownership tells him not to discipline Fraudgers in any way. It's certainly not an equivalent situation, but late in Troy Aikman's career in Dallas, the head coach was considering benching him. Jerry Jones said effectively, "You'll bench Troy when *I* say you'll bench him." Otherwise, it's yet another example of Fraudgers getting preferential treatment.
