My husband and I stayed there for one week last month and I watched your video so I can relive my experience. We absolutely loved staying here. I miss waking up with a cup of coffee delivered on the balcony taking in that view! Great review. Everything you two said were spot on.

Love the content, guys! My husband and I are thinking of bringing our family there later this year. We stayed. the Hyatt Ziva next door last year and liked it alot but Jewel has great reviews and apparently more updated rooms (Ziva's basic room was really outdated and lackluster). Can't wait to try Jewel! Thanks for the review!

What month and year did you visit? I’m sorry if I missed it. I’m reading trip advisor lots of complaints about lack of service and beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas. People get up at 5am and “hold” chairs with towels. The restaurant don’t take reservations so it’s hours for a table and most of them close without warning. The food was cold and they frequently say they “ran out” no fresh fruit. Small beach on one side. Rocky on other. These reviews were recent between dec 2022 until today. Feb 2023?? Planning to go end of April

We stayed around late August 2022 last year. We fortunately didn’t experience any of this, overall we had a great stay 👍🏽.

How are the drinks? Watered down? Bottom shelf? Also do they do any pool parties like foam parties?

They have all different options, and based on how quickly we were tipsy I'd say the liqour isnt watered down. They have pool parties and fun times around the pool area.
