Good morning PJ. I admire his work a lot and I appreciate his effort, I have followed him from the beginning and I see that lately the tutorials are more basic, easier and faster. In this case, to make the adjustment between one piece and another you have done it with a straight solid, but it would be better to offset a piece so that it has the same curved shape and has more adjustment and thus avoid corners. It is fine to teach for different levels of knowledge, a good idea would be to separate the exercises into basic, intermediate or expert. A greeting!
Hi PJ any idea what i can use to practically see the drawing in rhino with its physics, meaning how can i know where it is touching and that if the chain is alligned straight when it is assembeled and not twisting
If you need to reduce the weight of metal, you may need to hollow from the back as much as possible but still can be cast. How much you can hollow out is depends on the design.
I don't know what you did without seeing the model. you can check on this video for solution. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iWIk4emlqf0.html
