Amuneke is out of it. These guys are going for an Oyinbo that they can't pay. Small time fight go start and the circle begins again. We've gone this route too many times. Let's plan and develop properly and we can have enduring results
You’re going to pretend you didn’t hear him base his thoughts largely on a comparison with Amuneke. He went on to cite the experiences of Emmanuel Amuneke in national teams. What Manager in contention with Southgate has credentials similar to AMuneke and was overlooked to pick Southgate?
He's not always good at interviews. No technical answer, he talks straight like he doesn't care if the roof will fall. A good coach is always diplomatic in responding to any answer thrown to him.
@@SamuelIkpakaluthen from your mind you should have a second thought that he must be referring to someone even though he didn’t mention names no smokes without fire finidi didn’t mention his name but saying he wont beg any players to play most at the crucial time when osimen said he had injuries
Finidi is not yet ready for a big team. The highest position he had prior to the Super Eagles job was coaching a junior team of a lowly rated team in Spain. He should never have been appointed. His confidence level is pretty low, too.
This guy in blue is very funny. I am not in support of anyone, but would Amunike have that record if he was never given a chance? We should learn to view beyond track record and focus on will-power sometimes! I am not surprised though, because that is the exact problem with Nigerian Politics.
Nigeria Government doesn't like men of integrity and disciplinarian. Emmanuel .A. is one of those men. NFF knew very well that he won't dance to their tone of corruption nor comprising with their dubious acts. As a Coach, he worked with the likes of Oshimen, Samuel, Senior Man etc and they won world Cup. It would have been a reunion for these guys to work together in resumption for what they've achieved before but rather NFF gave it to Finidi who can be easily manipulated and thereby leading to " FINIDI FINISHED NIGERIA 🇳🇬 " Everything is FINISHED in Nigeria but God has not yet Finish with those that put their Trust in Him. All is well.
Osimhmen did the right thing call a spain a Spain don’t bend it we Nigeria fans has been advising finidi George he dose not take an advise rather calling everybody a coach😅😅😅
Amuneke has a better civi compared to Finidi, why did the nfa go for finidi, who don't have any experience as a head coach, now they want foreign coach, it tells me they are avoiding Amuneke. They go explain tire😂😂😂
What are you looking for? You heir someone without work experience and little tracks record, yet you expect to win World Cup. Think again and aim high Nigeria
I feel that the pain of failure would have made him to work harder to win the remaining matches. A new coach might not perform magic to win the remaining matches given the shortness of time before the matches. We must learn to trust our own coaches, allow them to learn from their mistakes and encourage them to grow. Many African countries have long done away with foreign coaches.
Victor Osimehn should be banned from the team for insulting the coach. With his behaviour lately I don't expect Chelsea or any other top team in Europe to sign him any longer.
If we can play the game what makes anyone think we cannot coach? Foreign coaches, no matter how good they are, they loose games a lot and not in any way better than African coaches. Is it not a local coach that coached Ivory Coast to win African cup of nations? It is foolishness searching and hiring a foreign coach to do the job.
The two teams he played had been together for longer time so they have culture ,and we have no culture now ,that language is not go for finidi George ,they have better experience coach and they have worked together as a team
NFF are not serious, those players are also not serious too everybody are comfortable because they believe that they have cemented their positions so whether I do well or not in my club they will still call me no competition in the team, no commitment, nobody is ready to fight, they only play well whenever they promise them money and that's corruption for me sometimes coaches are not our problem but NFF and the players
"We are in a very weak group ..." Really? "We could have been beat by South Africa ... they've never done that before to the Super Eagles ..." Wrong on both counts, actually insulting if we're to be honest. First point: this is NOT a very weak group, if it was you would not been in danger of not qualifying for the World Cup, that's just arrogance, plain and simple. Two, Nigeria has dominated Bafana Bafana from time immemorial, BUT Bafana have beaten The Super Eagles before IN NIGERIA, during the 2017 AFCON qualifiers, winning 2 - 0 in their first official win over their nemesis, he obviously has selective amnesia.
I should add that African football has changed. There are no easy matches anymore. Everyone can lose. We can say that certain nations are not ready for a WC appearance but that does not mean that they cannot upset the typically strong teams.
Osihmen did good thing. Nigeria is a comedy country. How would Finidi be picked over Amuneke. Now He has failed and He blaming Osihmen. Napoli has been winning games without Osihmen. We have Victor Boniface He kept him on the bench against south Africa and come in as a Substitute against Benin after a goal down. He even removed Iwobi who was only creative player we had in that game and kept Indidi until 80 minutes knowing that Indidi was the reason for all the pressure we had. Good for him
I get the part of Finidi not taking responsibilities, if the comments he made were true, then it is clear. But saying Osihmen overreacted is way out of point. If you never try a shoe on before, you don't get to know how fitting, tight or the kind of pain it may cause. Imagine over 250million Nigerian soiling your name. Have you thought about his mental health? Have you thought about what that kind of comment might have on his career (if it was true). Please, stop mentioni g this guy! He has done nothing wrong. Meanwhile, in my opinion, i think you went too far with that comparison of Osihmen and Portable you made there.
Of course you can not win the six matches. That is not possible. With this nonsense you guys are doing, you will not qualify for that world Cup. You prepare to qualify with six matches to go.
Lots of you in the studios make wonderful coaches but can't do much physically. When someone is brought in to perform some miracle is the known trademark if or national football. Most of you can't even run round a pitch not to mention handle players.
