*Great reel, **enjoyable.fishing** recommend very smooth and I love that you can change from left hand to right hand so easily. Gave it a 4 on durability because I haven’t had it long enough to rate it. Doing good so far.*

Took my brand new Battle II 5000 for a spin yesterday for the very first time and I hooked a 20lb yellowtail using a Ugly Stik X2 (medium hard) rod ru-vid.comUgkxM68VkfsQhHaabDce1IwOCXuvumcpbZ_k . This combo was recommended on some website and it did not disappoint me. The reel is smooth, the drag click is pretty cool cause i think it adds to the excitement of fighting the fish, personally the drag is my favorite part. I use braid and 300 yards will fill the entire spool. This combo is my main setup from now on although I have to disclose I am new to fishing.

Using the old 2011 oj1501hg. Everything is smooth and good except the drag seem abit light need to tighten near the max to get the strong feel. Although its hg but the design of the gear make the reel so strong that can easily wind a big fish in without tiring the arms

Congratulations, good quality video. Very didatic. In my humble opinion the hooks in Shimano Ocea sardine are too big. What is your opinion about it. I notice in the video some jigs have smaller hooks than original ones. Do you change?
