Praise God for the magnificent gifts he bestowed on us through the genius of Jim Carrey! Bless you for taking the effort of uploading comic relief in hard times. :)
May I say something? I've never seen a better Jim's piece of acting. This, with the environment activist, are just his best works. He's just so amazingly perfect, so damn funny and totally ahead of his time. This man thrills man in a way I cannot describe with words. I love him with all my ❤.
LSD Your comprehension skill is low, stop thinking and actually focus on the facts.Go and actually look up the meaning of pretentious and how to use the word.
when he got behind that silver statue at 3:30 he stated doing that "danger, danger" thing while he was swinging his arms that was him impersonating the robot from the tv show - lost in space haha he's so stupid
Is it? Is it really a norm? Because I've never met a person like this (and I live outside of DC and have attended university within the past five years).
ElectricMayhem87 (Ashleigh) It's becoming very popular in people my age to try to enforce their opinions on others and yells about their self importance often. Whether it's art or convention "protests" or the false sense of superiority to try and say "This offends me, it must be gone" it's definately becoming much bigger today than it's been since the 60's when it comes to a false sense of self worth in young adults.
This comes off like a loose parody of the state of affairs of HIV in art & culture in the 80s and first half of the 90s. Thing being, his character embodies both HIV+ artists and the strong hold conservatives who censored and attacked HIV+ artists. Which makes me wonder if, despite the clear reference to act up, it was intentional. It's like the rightful anger of HIV+ people had floated in and out of the world of the sketch writers for years, without them actually considering the stakes, the constant body count, or simply, why knowing they would probably die made HIV+ people angry. So I think this sketch actually shows a whole lot about how rightfully angry marginal people are seen (or not seen) by the rest of the world. Which i think is funny because "hey look it's tumblr".
