As a lifetime Michigan fan and season ticket holder I guarantee you he will turn around the Chargers. He genuinely loves his players and builds a great team chemistry.

Even in his time in Stanford and the Niners he changed things around for the better. Telesco was frikin gifted a franchise QB and found a way to assemble a roster that under performed and was over paid. I bet Harbaugh builds around Herbert much better than Telesco does on smaller margins and he will get hailed a genius.

I'd be more excited if he's bringing Jesse Minter with him, seriously he's a rising star his defense is legit,this ability to call a game is elite. I want him as the Head Coach at Michigan over Sherrone Moore just my opinion
