Here is a list of teams Miami has losing records to; Georgia 4-7, Georgia Tech 7-10, Maryland 8-9, Ohio State 2-3, Penn State 6-7, Tennessee 1-2, Notre Dame is 7-16-1. I guess you need to "check it again", lol.
@R6highwayrunner 28-26, wow, you are right. Sorry buddy, I'm a Cane fan. Miami has had a great run lately. I'm soo proud of all their accomplishments. They were just horrible pre 1980 though. 41-66 for the 1970's. No bowls from 1967 to 1980. 8 bowls from 1926 to 1980, record 3-5. That tells you how good Miami has been since 1980.
Since the Bowl Coalition began in 1992 and the Bowl Alliance in 1995, you can't say they played in 7 NC games because there were no NC game in those years. Teams from certain conferences were locked into certain bowls so almost never had #1 vs #2. I would think you would know that.
Found a couple more teams that Miami has losing records to; UCLA 1-2, and SMU 0-1, also a team called Catholic 0-2. That makes 11 teams that Miami has a losing record to.....where do you get your information? or do you just make it up.....funny stuff.
@aaopie Miami was never in the SEC and Florida has been in the SEC since 1933. Not sure what your comment refers to. I'm a huge Florida fan, but Miami has tons of great players in the last 20 years.....just look at the NFL all pros. Anyway Miami has been down the last 5 years but they are still a great program. I agree with you that Miami fans should not be talking about Florida not scheduling them. It just saved them and additional loss the last few years, lol.
Wrong, check it again. The ONLY team to have a winning record against UM, is Notre Dame (15-7-1). UFelons is down in that series (UM 28 UFelons 26). Get your facts straight
found 2 more, they are North Carolina 7-8 and Mississippi 1-2. That makes 19 teams Miami has a losing record to. There is also a Jacksonville team that Miami is 0-1. Miami also has lots of teams they are 500% with. How do you feel about all those teams that UM has losing records to?
Wow, keep finding more.....Miami has a losing record to Kentucky 3-5, and Kansas State 0-1, and also LSU 3-9. That brings to total up to 17 teams that Miami has a losing record to. Crazy isn't it.....lol.
Really? Miami is 3-14 vs Alabama......lifetime. Are you serious? You realize that Miami was horrible before 1980 right? 41-66 for the 1970's? how about, 8 bowls from 1926-1980, record 3-5, how about no bowls from 1967-1980. Where do you get your stats, lol?
