I love this song. Obsessing since release. Chorus is so catchy. Smeraldo Garden Marching Band was inspired by the Beatle’s “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”. And the theme being about confessing on behalf of those who cannot express their feelings and finding love. Also choreo has sign language that spells Love. I'm excited about the new album. Face was were Jimin sought to explore his true identity, while Muse documents his journey in search of the source of his inspiration. Face was darkish, while Muse seems to be light. It's good to see Jimin all smiley in SGMB

I can’t watch this video without having the biggest smile on my face the whole time. It’s literally impossible. The difference between FACE and MUSE is beautiful. FACE was written to reflect the struggles and internal battles he was facing during and following the pandemic. The album “ends” with SMFp2 and he finishes that MV in the white clothing... and now MUSE is showing itself to be its happier counterpart; he’s finally been liberated and he’s trying to show us that he’s doing so much better. It's really refreshing how cute and happy this song is! the world could use some happier, sweeter music, it feels like things are so angry, angsty, and sexy usually and those things are great too but joy is supper important as well and often gets dismissed as childish or shallow...why are we like that?! joy is so so so important and I love how 'jimin' this song and it's sweet happiness are. :) It does remind me of permission to dance too and I love that song as well. I've been a big fan since I was 5 years old. My mother would play The Beatles on her record player all the time. (SO WHAT, IM AGING MYSELF) she would sit with a note pad and jot the lyrics on sentence at a time, replay it and jot the next line of lyrics. Over and over until she had all the lyrics to a Beatles song. LOL Now we can just look up the lyrics on the internet or put on CC on a video LOL When I heard "Smeraldo Garden Marching Band" I automatically thought of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". AUTOMATICALLY. That was one of their best albums...whimsical, fun, inspiring and delightful. When I saw the video, yes, then I found out Jimin purchased the album and was inspired from it. Funny you asked if Loco could dance….. he was to be part of BTS, and when he was told he would be dancing, he gracefully pulled out. That is why it was poignant when Jimin went over and took him by the hand to come and dance. There are so many little things that have meaning in a BTS (and solo projects) mv, and performances.

It feels like a weight lifted from him with face and ending it with set me free pt 2 was perfect and now these songs are such a hopeful and joyous celebration of the happy times and the freedom to come. I've been feeling for a while that covid and the military service really put a shadow over them where things were so unknown and dreaded and the pressures were intense and i think everyone is hopeful that when they get back some of those pressures both politically and of the looming unknown will be lifted and they will hopefully feel more free to focus on the future and be however they want to be.

It's actually a live version. 🤭June 12 was the day we had our showcase before our debut in BTS, but we didn't get to meet with ARMY and I know that reporters and staff were invited. The focus of this song is also the day a fictitious flower called Smeraldo was discovered in the BU (BTS World Hall). You can see from the lyrics, "The day the legend of Smeraldo began." I'm always enjoying the video. The small talk before the start is also fun. It's hard to understand because the Korean subtitles are not accurate, but I like the intimate atmosphere of the four of you. Thank you 💜

Jimin didn't cut his hair until the night before his enlistment. When Namjoon and Tae were sent, he still had his hair even though he enlisted the very next day.. We only saw him without his hair twice. He cherishes it very much and loves it very much😂💜💜
