So this is why Jimmy laughs crazy on his talk show. He picked it up from his first time being on one and he probably liked that the host was laughing at his jokes so he took it into consideration to laugh for his guest so they can feel what Jimmy felt this night.
The reason I love Jimmy Fallon is because he is not one of those extremely confident, even narcissist comedians or talk show hosts who love being in charge. Seeing him being just as awkward as we are sometimes is making me comfortable as an audience. It is also very comfortable for the guests in my opinion. If I was a celebrity with some anxiety problems, I would feel horrible in Ellen's show for example. Him faking laugh is not actually something annoying. It is very comforting and genuine.

William Quantrill Well, it's like when you listen to a song and do the comparison with another song that sounds similar. Like for example (and it's gonna sound weird) if you compare the chorus of "Look what you made me do" by Taylor Swift with "I'm too sexy" by Right Said Fred they sound allot similar. Or when you listen to some pop singers some of them have similar voices. If you pay attention to those things in music, sounds, voices etc and have an ear for it you'd get it, and it wouldn't be weird to you (because it's not). People that listen allot to music and repeat songs over and over again tend to take notice of the singers voices and the music in terms of instrument, musical notes, rhythm, style, you name it.
jimmy is the proof that you don’t have to be actually funny to be a talk show host you just need to be so friendly that people walk out of the show thinking „you know maybe people aren’t that bad to be around“
His conversation was smoother, unlike his awkward conversations now. He seemed more confident yet still awkward. I wonder what happened to him, I like the old Jimmy better.
I think his confidence grew, either that or I'm adjusting to him being in the guest seat, but he seems more fidgety back then and nervous than he does now.
