I absolutely loved the dance! It's like dancing to your own "folk dancing". It was so unique!! Especially the instruments used they were very good with timing not even off on the timing. Foreign dances are always special especially with your partners or spouses! Very sweet dance!😉

Love this dance!! I’m not Greek, but we have SO many Greek friends & went to all their parties & weddings. They’d teach us certain dances too (the men in my family couldn’t do, but us females caught on quickly 😂😂). Uh…btw…that house looks beautiful!! Even just seeing a small part of it from the outside. All our Greek friends had big & lavishly decorated homes. My parents were one of the 1st people to build a home in a smallish new subdivision. As other homes were being built, we knew which ones were “Greek homes” 😜

Love this! Every year we try to go to the Greek Festival here in Phoenix… love to watch the young people dance the traditional dances, the costumes are beautiful too…. It sure doesn’t hurt to eat some baklava too!!

Very sweet video. Here in Florida we have a very large Greek community in Tarpon Springs Florida. Love to watch and sometimes I get ups in my living room and dance along. Italian here, family from the southern part and northern. Love my greek neighbors!

A Celtic Canadian here... NOT Greek.. and I still loved it. I grew up in Brantford, Ontario Canada... a very multicultural city ... and one of the things my city did was hold the Villages every summer.. it was a festival.. that lasted a week.. and you could buy a passport.. and go around the city and visit all of the Villages... (parties held by each country at the local halls) I use to love to go to all of the European ones .. including the Greek... just to listen to the music .. eat the food.. and enjoy the killer folk dancing that took place there!!! So I was exposed to so much culture growing up .. and I love that your sharing this! Now I live in Belleville, Ontario.. also has a strong Greek community.. and they show up each Summer at the Waterfront Festival to share their dancing, food and culture with all of the other ethnic groups that participate. I am very lucky to live in a country that really and truly does celebrate diversity! Hey..... I also loved that video that you did with your son Greek dancing.. it was a really long video.. and you guys were amazing in it!!! 🤩🥰

Personally I appreciate & enjoy watching cultural dances highlighting the music & folk dances from all around the globe. It gives outsiders a glimpse of what's important/entertaining to those living in a different country. So many different countries utilize similar dance moves despite having very different music in their folk dances. Some dances from foreign countries tell a story that's incorporated into the music & dance movements. Thanks for sharing a glimpse of your Greek dance. I recall seeing your son doing Greek dancing & I'm sure many of your followers would love seeing more. 😊
