Your videos never fail to put a smile on my face. I loved hearing your history. In the late 80s early 90s my paralegal career was just taking off, major student loans and family to support. I went to work evenings for a Greek family restaurant. Amazing experience. I’ve never seen a family work so hard. The parents and 3 boys would go in at 4 am to prep. Everything was hand made. The boys would go to school, mom and dad prepped all day and didn’t leave until 11 pm or so, 6 days a week. I learned to love Greek music and the best thing, when they get to know you, you become family. I went to so many Greek functions, ate some of the best food ever and the fresh baklava was to die for.
I lived in Texas all 52 years of my life, but my biological father lives in Bellingham Washington, which is about 100 miles north of Seattle, heading towards Canada. But he and I have not talked in about 30 years, because he is one of the meanest human beings to ever walk planet earth. I tried to give him many many chances, but he refused to change. So I really admire the relationship you have with your family and your community of Greeks. You’re living the dream, my brother !!!!

When I was a child, I always wanted to participate in Greek folk dance. But felt out of place because I'm 1/4 Greek and look different than my Grandpop's people. But I still enjoy watching the folk dancing...it feels good in my heart when I see it
RU-vid shorts suggestion introduced me to your dancing family then I found out you’re Greek! So true about Greeks not knowing alot about traditional dancing. Your daughter is very classy, beautiful and a great dancer and George is handsome, athletic and also a great dancer. You’re the smoothest dancer and I wish you and your ex would get back together.

I can’t dance, so I can’t criticize technique, but I would like to see the daughter put emotion and energy into the dances like her dad and brother do. It would be more fun to watch if she were as enthusiastic as the guys.
