Good display of the Jimny's capabilities. WHat I don't understand is why is the vehicle not registered ? Is this an unsold vehicle that will ultimately be "chipkaoed" to some unsuspecting customer ? This is the Zeta manual version and the right side seems to have scraped its sides on some obstacles, including the Right RV mirror.

Haha Looks like your driver has never driven off road. 😆 You don't rev it up and force the veh to go up like that. You're only going to destroy the suspension and the wheelspin isn't helping the situation. You need to trust the 4wheel drive and the torque., get a feel of the track and accelerate smoothly. The way he's revving and jumping over the ditch, a proper off road course would destroy the springs and suspension.
What is the Tire Size you never mentioned that? How can a 215/75R15 touch the body? This must be some other size on a larger wheel?? Your content does not clearly state the size. 235 might be the tire 🤔 otherwise why should it touch the body? Please feedback. Sad to see the wing mirror broken of this New Jimny.
Awesome video. I was waiting for these videos, not the ones Maruti showed during the media drive. I have few questions. I saw the car stalling a few times, is it due to the traction control cutting down the power? Have you tried with the traction control off? When the traction control is off, will the BLD work? Regarding the tyres, is your off-road rims having a bit more negative offset? Have you checked with 215/75/R15 on the stock rims or alloys? Thanks.

Jimny has been designed for off-roading for 40 years in the international markets, the suspension and the joint axle alone stand apart in the realm of off-roading. Jimny will prove to be a better off-roader than Thar in times to come.

The reason I subscribed to your channel was because you had the Xtreme. I have watched the series and other Gurkha videos you shared and somehow felt normal Gurkha performed better in most off road condition. The reason I say this, from what I observed from different videos is that, OM616 engine Gurkha puts down torque better even with lower power, has better traction than the OM611 Xtreme. Technically the Xtreme given the power and torque output coupled with solid axles at both ends should perform better than Expedition or BS6 version. But I felt its the opposite. You may disagree, but this is purely my observation, I have never driven the OM611. I would really like to know your opinion. Also given Jimny has a petrol engine and that it needs to be revved, can it crawl in 4L over gradients like the diesel engined offroaders? Are you planning on a lift kit for the Jimny?
Basically torque curve. Om616 has linear power, not that strong low end , crdi has no power before turbo spools and once at boost rpm all he'll breaks loose and wheel spin

Great video. Please consider changing to bigger coil springs that will definately help in articulation and comfort, most importantly the tires touching body will also minimize. Suzuki should have not priced this car so high
Gurkha was gurkha . Unmatched quality. But very sad in recent model engine power and torque decrease, ground clearance and articulation issues, no heel hold and heel decent control, nominal basic features is also missing. If Force looking those problems and solved them then it will be a game changer . Hope you guys sent my msg to force and they solved the issues . 140 bhp to 90 bhp never be accepted and 321 nm to 230 nm torque too 😢😢😢. They must solve the problem.

@@avinash2_ Lose traction you mean in desert sands..!! But here its not that case. Just a proper balance of throttle and clutch release is required and the BLD will play along smooth. Momentum here is only required to Open diffs cars with no Bld Mld
@@mamamiya2849 On such terrains (uphill with lit bit lose traction), Automatic transmission works better than manual... And rear diff lock makes it more easy..
