Actually Jun is still alive and returning in Tekken 8. And pay close attention at the very end of the video, Ogre TELEPORTS away from the explosion while Jun is still holding him! So they evaded the blast!
@Aaron Dawgzilla well we still don't know what happened after the teleportation. She could have been trapped in another dimension or something. In Tekken 5's Devil Within mode, some G Corp soldiers mention Jun being alive in a random convo. Jin overhears this and assumes she is being held captive somewhere in the building, he plays through each level and thinks he's getting closer to finding her but finds Ogre instead. I personally think she escaped the spiritual realm somehow and has been off training with other mystics (like Claudio) so she can face Ogre again. Which would explain her outfit in Tekken 8.
