Jinjer just absolutely kills live! I saw them in October last year and they are coming back in May, already have my ticket. If they are coming to your area I suggest going to see them, it is truly amazing.

Jinjer is just fire - I couldn't agree more when you say they are a complete band! I've been down the Jinjer rabbit hole for over a year now and they really don't make any bad songs. What I really enjoy with this band, is that may of their songs take multiple listens just to take it all in (the vocals, the percussion, the riffs, and the surprisingly deep lyrics). Eugene, Roman and Vlad are just so freakin tight as a group and so creative with how they put the songs together. Tati gets a ton of deserved credit for her vocals, but her lyrics are really quite amazing. And she usually ends up teaching me a new word or two, which is sad because she's Ukrainian and I grew up speaking English, lol. I really look forward to you doing live/studio/lyrical analysis of this amazing band!

While I have no Idea who this is and I am quite a metal fan, I find myself pulled in.

They are so precise that the live performances are as good as the studio, assuming the equipment is good enough. Their lyric videos are works of art in their own right.

i've been saying it time after time, it's them and tool... in terms of complete musical mastery of their specific craft across ALL MEMBERS... both bands are unique in that way... bass, percussion, guitar and vocals... all elite level respectively... even my most favorite bands aren't that... they have respective stand outs... these 2 bands - every member is a stand out

Fun reaction as always. You won't get any complaints from me digging into lyrics and comparing studio vs. concert sound, and I doubt many fans will. There's just so much to chew on with these guys. There are some pretty decent bootlegs out there for a lot of the songs that don't have official concert videos yet.

Please do "who's gonna be the one (live)" - "Cloud Factory (official live video)" - "Judgement & Punishment". And also, as you've said, you should check their studio versions + lyrics. Most of the lyrics are written by Tatiana, she's a beast!!

Check out Moriah Formica - Champion or Save Me. Not in the growling/prog style of Jinjer, but more old school hard rock/heavy metal (Halestorm, Evanescence)

The live videos is what I prefer but I get your point about covering the studio and lyrical versions. The produced videos that have a vision by a director lose me at times even if visually entertaining. I enjoy On the Top and Judgement( and punishment) in the live performances way more because my mind is more in tune with the sounds. Great reaction and you should try to see them live. Caught them this past summer at Hampton Beach, NH in a smaller venue but was an unbelievable performance.

You wanna be blown away by Tatiana and the guys live? Some other reactor channels have done the whole set Jinjer live at Resurrection Fest, in Spain. It's a killer show.. some people complain about the sound quality but that's not an issue to me. Excellent reaction bro!
