JINWOO VS KANG! 🔥 Solo Leveling Episode 9 REACTION/REVIEW! 

My camera couldn’t focus this episode too much chad energy going on 😂

They cut out a crucial part in the webtoon. After the whole fight and Jinwoo telling Joohee and Song to leave, he actually waits there, and we find out that one of the convicts is still alive and playing dead, but Jinwoo with his heightened senses knows this. He walks up to the convist telling him he knows he's still alive and drags him with him to the boss dungeon, where he emotionlessly throws him inside to fight the boss all by himself, and Jinwoo just watches from a distance seeing the convict get massacred while thinking "Kang Taeshik was scum, but he was right about one thing, you don't deserve to live either". I think this was cut because they thought it would make Jinwoo way too ruthless, but I wish they kept it. I think it makes Jinwoo such a badass, and in the webtoon, the convicts did way more than just assault their victim if you know what I mean, so they really deserved the worst.

I noticed the Goku warmup Jin Woo did which wasn't in the webtoon comic. That was definitely a tribute to the late Akira Toriyama. Rest in Peace sensei.

Aw, I find it cute how she's so worried. And btw Mr. Kim's apology was very sincere. They used quite profound wording for Japanese. Mr. Kim says "honshin" after saying sorry which means "that's my true feelings." He also mentions bowing to Jinwoo which is pretty important even for some other Asian cultures. But honestly when Mr. Kim saw Taeshik murdering the criminals, Taeshik could've easily said they came to attack him and refute all suspicions which really shows his personality when he doesn't even try to hide him murdering those criminals as if not killing them immediately wasn't enough. But I CANNOT WAIT for the last 3 episodes! those will go SO hard!!

For me, Solo Leveling may not be the best manhwa when it comes to plot (it's not on my top 5) but it's the best when it comes to characterizing OP MCs.If only the atmosphere of the story remained as tense just as it was at the beginning (when he was inside the first dungeon), then this could have been much, much better.

The premise of Solo Leveling doesn't really allow for recurring villains. No one else can get stronger so once Jinwoo surpasses you, that's it. The only way a villain might stick around is if they were stronger than Jinwoo and forced him to run away to get stronger. SPOILER: I was really hoping the National Level hunters were all players like Jinwoo. That would definitely have been a lot more interesting.
