Yeah, Jeanie is ruining the franchise; she had problems before, during, and pretty soon after Bron and AD's tenure. Magic Johnson tried to warn us about her, but we didn't listen.
Unfortunately she was always the wiser one out of Dr Buss kids. I wish she would clean house in the front office and really get back to what has always worked for my home team. I’d hire GS old GM and sit back
I disagree, JJ is another cover-up for Jeanie and Rob's decisions. The podcast, I'm sure, had been in the works for a long time, Jeanie would have never thought of JJ if the podcast hadn't come out. All she had to do was hire Ty Lue in the first place, but nobody is talking about that. The best two candidates are Sam Cassel and David Adelman in my opinion, JJ is intelligent and has slick back hair but has NEVER coached before, it's just dumb.
Jeanie herself said “He’s a young Pat Riley,” that had nothing to do with LeBron. She keeps making bad decisions, throws rocks, and then hides behind her players. Her first problem was not hiring Ty Lue, talk about that!!!
Coaches can’t make up for the players that the FO let go off and signed to replace with them with. Like, why did you get all guards and zero bigs to help your squad. Running 3 guard lineups and coach Ham playing favorites and only playing those that he coached before and were familiar with instead of AR, Dlo, and Rui. He dug his own grave 😅
@@appetizerssushi7121 Ham didn't dig no grave. Ham went back home with Milwaukee a team that can win another championship. The Lakers dug their grave being Divas
@@theetruth8626 Giannis is the ultimate diva, running around upset and starting fights about a game ball. Not to mention yelling at a man doing his job in an opposing arena because he couldn't shoot post-game free throws. Didn't he say, "The rich get richer?" but became poor because he tossed Jrue Holiday away like trash for a broken-down Damian Lillard. He fired two coaches in one season and then hired Doc Rivers. That's stupid as heck.
@@appetizerssushi7121 first off get your facts right if you going to make a statement. The game ball was his because he set a record vs the pacers so out of spite and jealousy he drop those numbers they took the ball that make them divas.
J.J Reddick was a mediocre player who was leapfrogged by more talented players, yet he had the audacity to be bitter at Doc and the Clippers for not giving him an undeserved contract.
He gonna do the right thing and bench Lebron when he doesn't go back on defence right? :D I wanna see how he deals with that. Next season gonna be tough on JJ i tell you that. He will realise he got more than he bargained for when everybody puts him under the microscope
