The system is not broken. It works exactly how they intended it to work. Which is y we need to abolish or amend the 13th amendment.

@@jaloux8583 Excuse me. You think the system is fair & balanced? That total BS. As for fixing it we could start by fixing the public defenders office. Like having PB that balanced caseloads. But as you are so smart please tell us how you think things so change or are you happy with our current justice system.

That’s just one case amongst hundreds of thousands of inmates, pretty much every one of them guilty of some crime committed! Most with extensive criminal histories. The only thing wrong with our justice system is we need to build more prisons with big, strong, & brave men & women willing to deal with very dangerous people on a daily basis! Some people are in a cage for a reason. Q: Does JJ Valazquez have a previous rap sheet or a sealed Juvenile record?

@@davidwetherbee9949you must be guilty of something, so we should lock you up. The US locks up more people than any other country. You think more people should be locked just if you think they might have done something at sometime. That is ridiculous. Who gets to choose? When do we lock up people that want to lock up every else? We are a country of laws, everyone havye to follow them. Including cops and prosecutors

I am so elated to hear this as I started following the case after he dateline release. This man has such words of wisdom that it honestly hurts me how he was able to keep his composure for so long. The world is better with this man free.

Yes, he it’s free. Thank God and those who actually believed in his innocence because the system obviously didn’t. Do you know if Mustafa was incarcerated and charged? It’s sad that JJ literally did almost the 25years 😢
