The scene where Geto tells Gojo "you should stop being so full of yourself" was interesting. In Japanese, there are three main first-person expressions used by men. ・Ore ・Boku "Ore" and "Boku" are used in casual situations and in close relationships such as friendships, and are mainly used by children and young men. "Ore" is also associated with vivacity, strength, a little roughness, and a bright personality. On the contrary, "Boku" has the image of being quiet, serious, introverted, gentle, and childlike. Yuuji's use of "Ore" and Okkotsu's use of "Boku" are good contrasting examples. ・Watashi Generally speaking, "Watashi" is the correct first person for grown men and for social etiquette. It gives an impression of politeness and courtesy. Of course, children may use it, and many women, both children and adults, use "Watashi". When Gojo was younger, he used "Ore," and in that phone conversation, Geto recommended that he quit that and use "Watashi" or "Boku. And as an adult, Gojo used "Watashi" for his superiors (although he used "Boku" for the principal in Kyoto) and "Boku" for everyone else. Is Gojo's change in first person because he has grown into an adult or is it due to Geto's influence? I don't know, I haven't read the manga, but I find their friendship endearing and sad at the same time.

I love how the simpler animation style brought out Gojo's personality. We are eating so good for the next 6 months.

It’s funny how the opening has happy visuals and a happy vibe but the lyrics are really sad, you should read them it’s about gojo’s feelings for geto and it’s kind of like a breakup song

the clean space thing is more animation then anything else...infact it's competely animation as this season has a more simple art style which allows it to be more fluid and dynamic.

Gojo's spunky confidence in battle is something he has had since he was a kid it seems, but he's a lot more airheaded and cocky here than he is in present day. Here its Geto that keeps him grounded, but in current time he has to keep himself grounded at times because well...............sadness happened.

I don’t know if any actual gendered pronouns is used for Tengen in Japanese but it’s weird that they’ve doubled down on referring to Tengen as “he” was it’s been confirmed in both the manga and extras that they were, at least originally, female

I think if Toji fought Sukuna, Toji would win just because of how crazy good he is at fighting later on in the arc.
