मेरा व्यक्तिगत अनुभव रहा है ईस्टर्न डेडीकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर के लिए जो की बेहतरीन रहा। बात पिछले साल की है जब मैं कानपुर से हापुड़ आ रहा था। रात के समय में मेरी ट्रेन जो की संगम एक्सप्रेस थी वो शायद इटावा से चली और आगे बड़ी। अचानक एक मालगाड़ी जो बगल के ट्रेन पर खड़ी हुई सी लग रही थी उससे मेरी ट्रेन क्रॉस कर रही थी अपने ट्रैक पर। थोड़ी देर बाद मुझे मालगाड़ी का इंजन दिखा और मैं हैरान रह गया की वो पैरलेल चल रहा था मतलब वो मालगाड़ी ईडीएफसी के ट्रैक पर चल रही थी। और यकीन मानिए की आधे घंटे दोनो ट्रेन पैरलल चल रही थी अपने अपने ट्रैक पर। मजा आया और दोनो ही ट्रेन एक दूसरे को पछाड़ने के लिए जैसे दौड़ रही हो ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा था।
