Hi There! I hope u will respond to my message. I was hired by a company and they brought me to UAE on Tourist visa and converted the visa into employment within 2weeks. However after 4weeks of my arrival into UAE and without even resuming work my company calls me and hands me over a letter stating due to pandemic I’ve been put on 100% NO PAY for 3 months. Further immediately after 3 months ended my company calls me again to office and gives me a termination letter stating due to pandemic my services are no longer needed. Now could you please tell me if I can file a case against my company and seek compensation for the damages they did to me both financially and mentally becoz I relocated to UAE relinquishing my other GCC residence permit with my family so you can imagine how much of troubles I went through. Hence please if you could give me advice on how do I pursue with this???

Salary : 3000 AED per month Worked from April 1- 13, 2021 and on vacation for 60 days from April 14 to June 12, 2021 I was paid for AED 7,300 before I took my leave details as below: April 1-13 : AED 1,300 (3000/30 days x 13 days) April 14-June 12 : 6,000 ( 3000 x 2 months) My question is, how much should be paid from June 13 when I return for work, is it? 1.) AED 1.800 , salary from June 13- June 30 (3000 /30 days x 18 days) or 2.) AED 1,700 , balance of my Salary for 3 months from April 1 to June 30 (3000 x 3 = 9,000 less 7,300) Thank you so much

Good day Sir may tanong lang po ako may bagong batas ba sa UAE na pagnag resign ka sa kumpanya ay pabayaran sayo ng employer ng 45 days. At saan ko po ba makikita yung batas about resignation. Thank you and God bless 😊

Pwede po ba ako magresign 10months after ko magrenew ng contract under unlimited contract. Tapos naka mention po sa contract ko if magreresign aq i need to pay 5000aed.

Ano ang mga benefits kung makukuha? * terminated ako june 16, 2021 w/o noticed * unlimited contract * first 2 years done (dec.2018 to jan.2021 then renewed 2nd 2 year * private company piro worked ko housemaid * sila naghawak passport ko at on the spot pagterminate sakin kinuha ang emirates ID ko. Reasons: live out ako dahil sa covid request amo ko temporary live in from march 2020 to march 2021. Piro nagulat ako kc siningil ako ng rent 1000dhs bawat buwan. April 10 nag paalam ako na live out uli kc para maka save ng rent. Meron din ako room sa satwa kaya ganon gusto back to normal gusto. Kc nagugutom ako sa amo ko hindi ko maluluto ang pagkain ng pinoy. 2nd plan ko rin mag bakasyon kc 2020 hindi ako nagbakasyon at yon wala akong anual leave. Meron kc kaming agreement between amo at katulong yearly bakasyon. Ang ikinagalit talaga ng amo hindi ako nagbigay ng rent balanced 1000 dhs buwan ng april at mayo. Dahil nga vaccinated na ako pwede na ako maka live out yon ang gusto ng amo ko. Sinunod ko sila magtiis ng bayad kada buwan piro gusto nila tuloy tuloy ang bayad ko sa kanila. Pinapaunta ako ng amo ko lalaki sa bahay nila para pirmahan ang cancellation. Hindi ako pumirma dahil wala akong nakitang computation at pera. Yon tinakot pa nila ako na tatawag ng police kung hindi ko pirhamahan kahapon yon papel june 17, 2021. Pinipilit nila ako piro d ako natatakot alam ko wala akong maling nagawa. Please tulongan nyo ako.... piro tumawag na ako sa MOHRE legal service center 2 times kahapon june 17, 2021.

Nag resign ako Immediately unlimited contract ako. After 2yrs nagrenew ako and then after 10months ako nagpasa ng Immediately Resignation. Ano po pde mangyare skin Salamat.
