I just bought this pre workout the watermelon one a couple of days ago and tried it for my 1st workout today and I will say it is explained accurately as far as the feeling you get when you take it. It’s a good kick not to crazy which I like because I hate that feeling I get from other pre workouts which is super jittery with a tingling feeling in my hands and arms and a fucked up crash I feel like I’m on drugs or something. This pre workout is the cleanest one I’ve tried gets you that extra push in ur sets and no crash definitely will be my go too from here on out. Plus Jocko Molk is a solid protein powder. Jockos brand is reliable love what he stands for and is doing.
I don't even have a scooper anymore...I just keep a straw on hand and snort the GO whenever I need a pick me up. I just started two days ago and now I look exactly like Jocko 0_0
@@yellowballoon4143 It doesn’t work as effectively, especially if it has something like creatine in it. In addition, it can cause a larger range of bodily issues from digestive issues and breathing issues even up to heart issues.
I gave up on pre-workout for a while because I didn't like to feel like I was on drugs and going to have a heart attack. However, I like the explanation of this video enough to try this pre-workout.
I’m here two months later. Did you try it? I’m in the same boat as you. I used to be a pre-workout junkie. Tried everything and felt like sh**. Was looking for something to get me jump started for the early morning workouts. Your feedback is appreciated.
I typically just mix my creatine separately, nice being confident of what brand is being used in my opinion! I’ve seen solid results with 1st Phorm creatine and it’s affordable, like most others.
Test it, it’s been working great for me. No crash or feeling like ima destroy a fucking gym, just steady focused energy is how it makes me feel. That’s my take on it.
You clearly have no idea how creatine works 😂 a pre-work out with creatine is just a marketing scam to make you think you're getting more umph in your pre-work out.
There's already preworkouts on the market with these ingredients. This is just shameful marketing around a personality, something I hoped Jocko would avoid. Not everything is true because some dude in a labcoat said it.
@@Culperrr how about people should realize when they're being sold out? My entire point was that there's nothing positive or honest about this ad. This just looks like another sleazy example of a dude trying to sell you a brand based on virtue and then cash out. Go enjoy whatever you want, but hold people accountable for the claims they make.
Love Jocko but this pre-workout is horrible, it's incredibly underdosed on foundational ingredients (i.e. L-Citruline) and isn't special in any way. I would never buy this.
if you try and say a pre workout that is less than 9g of ingredients is the best product ever created you're either stupid or a liar and I don't think you're stupid! this is everything wrong with the supplement business
