What a tradgety the authorities made the decision to drop the ZK on general aviation aircraft in New Zealand. For the rest of the world, no one knows where the aircraft is based. This cuts off an aircraft person from trying to make contact with the owner and share their interest. Having work as an editor for an amateur aircraft magazine for years. I find this most frustrating and the answer was drop a potential article all because one doesn't know where the aircraft was built or flys and that makes it impossible to get to the pilot or the builder to share the aircraft with others.
