The current generation really missed out! Thus was a great event for musicians in the 80's. Thanking God to be professional American Band Stand, Soul Train, and Black Gold. Black Gold was like a local Soul Train here in MS. I was privileged to be a part of Soul Train....the dancers were known as the Mean Machine Dancers.

The "underrated" comment mafia strikes again. She has been successful, and then some. Gold and Platinum albums with "Shlamar", and a Grammy as a solo artist, and all you can come up with is the stupid cliche comment "She's underrated!" Please.
