100% man. When some guy grabs the mic and instantly starts throwing out this perfect flow with lyrics about generic shit you know it's rehearsed. Some people there were just pretending to be creative. Joe actually freestyles and uses references of people/things in the surrounding area. He doesn't always get it right but obviously that happens sometimes when you are genuinely freestyling.
