As a Portlander, I have to say it is actually true...but for good reason. I mean, look at us. We are not overcrowded like Seattle or Vancouvshit...We have an endless amount of overwhelmingly high quality craft beers made by independent local breweries of the highest order. Barely anyone drives...we ALL either walk or take public transportation on our super clean and overwhelmingly efficient public transportation system...so that means we are much healthier as well. Plus, we aren't corporate slaves like those in Seattle and Shitcouver...that's why we have the "keep Portland weird" slogan going on. I bet Vancouver doesn't have a cool, down-to-earth slogan like that...lol Also...we can't forget the independent local coffee houses that brew amazing local coffee beans from Hawaii. Our local coffee house pumpkin spice lattes are nothing like those corporate Seattle crap quality Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes. Now I'm off to the local brewery to get a taste of Shelmann's new pumpkin spice ale. But first I need to get high and then update my iOS system.

Actually, much of Joe's content was shot in the US. He did get punched once, but it was because joe asked :) Americans are really friendly. As an immigrant to the states, I can say this is a fact.

lol a little yeah, but it's not like we have snow 24/7, in fact it barely snows in vancouver. today it was warm and sunny and i was outside all day in shorts and a t-shirt. it's pretty much like the LA of canada here. weather wise and film industry wise lol.
Canada is modern, not gay. Supporting gay rights does not make someone gay, the same way supporting black rights does not make someone black. Sorry if you're upset that Canada is open to celebrate and express freedom and self-expression and america is not..nearly as much.
