How anyone can be upset or down vote the slide piano of this incredible instrument list and one of the greatest slap pianist of all time is beyond me. Joe Liggins is one of the greatest New Orleans slide piano in the history of the Blues swing Blues jazz blues and all Blues Etc and may God Rest his sweet and beer soul on this very Merry Christmas day of 2019!!!!!
Tthere is such a purity in the simplicity, that the end result is an uncluttered beauty that was the essence of the great jump bands of the 40s that begat with Western Swing what became Rock and Roll a la Bill Halley and the Comets.The original two types and the result of the two music combined was a happy goodtime and sometime exhausting experience. Some where a long the way it has become a morbid whining and threatening boring non music called Rap and the clones of that genre. Where is the next group of musicians who are going to change things round. like the Beatles did in the 60s
