@@camraid9yup. I used to look forward to eddie bravo podcast with joe but now i cant stand to watch it. He is to old and has to many people watching to be so obsessive on every single conspiracy theory on earth. I like conspiracies but he makes me not want to hear about shit anymore. Im afraid people will think of me the way i see bravo now.
Yo-you know son! If you gonna make it you gotta have that gay band member to suck the record company off! Thats the only way! No wonder Freddies teeth were fucked up!
Lmao as a queer dude this shit had me laughing my ass off. My life has not been hard Joe. Then again I don’t walk around with a rainbow flag and being offended at everything either.
My wife was shocked when Freddie, George Michael and Elton came out. When I was 12 I got into a fight because I thought Boy George was a chick. Those of us born in the 60s and 70s were so much more naive than now.
The gay thing was harder to tell in the 70s and u0s because of a few things. 1) women loved the gay performers. So they were throwing underwear at the closeted gay guys, which everyone saw. That led to... 2)straight guys acting like gay guys to get women. So it became harder to tell who was actually gay because their eccentricities were diluted by the straight guys trying to copy gay style. As for their being more gay singers than straight singers.... no. That’s absurd. If you are of a certain generation that Bravo is from, sure. You had a bunch in Elton John, Boy George, George Michael and others. But that was just the sound of the decade. You like gay music, don’t be surprised when your heroes turn out to be gay. That’s like if I said all singers kill themselves. It’s not at all true, but VERY true of my generation’s musical heroes.
@Jonathan Edward Middle American didn't even acknowledge those who were overtly effeminate, such as Paul Lynde and Charles Nelson Reilly - even Liberace for god's sake.
My theory is and anyone come in to correct me but a lot of gay people pursue careers in theatre. In theatre you have to be able to sing and so through the arts they nurture their talents for showmanship and stage. I’m not saying ALL gay people but a lot of them have HUGE and fun personalities. I’ve never had a boring time at a gay bar/show those people really know how to live and party
I was in my early 20's in the early 90's. I did session harmony singing in a studio to help pay to live. One day, after the lead vocalist left the studio on (a Disney project) The producer asked if I would like to sing the lead so with much angst I did. I will never forget what he said. 'Be careful of the gay mafia that run this business' I'm broke now but my ass is intact.
I think it was Dennis Rodman who said "if you think there are no gay athletes in the major sports leagues your are sorely mistaken" and this was in the 90s too.
In the video for don't stop me now, Freddie wore a shirt under his leather jacket that was for Mineshaft. Mineshaft was an exclusive gay club in NYC from 76 - 85
@@MackMainSupreme you know dudes can just be butt guys, right? As in they like guys & girls since they both have butts. There's a whole tab on straight Pornhub called "anal" that might give you a clue.
MackMainSupreme's Down Souf Muzik bitches 😂 lads can be bi too just because you have double standards. gay(men)and lesbian(female) mean the same thing just separated by gender they are both "gay" so bi can be used for both male and female.
Holy crap!! Joe Rogan's Liberace impression @ 2:10 is the funniest shit I've seen in the longest time!! Who knew he did ANY impressions!! Hahahahahaha!!!!
The real reason is gay guys are more feminine and attracted to the arts like theater, film, painting, singing, and fashion. No, casting couch conspiracy. Even if that were true why are there more gay guys as producers than population level to begin with?
I was 12 in Toronto Hanging out in a pool hall Found AC-DC's album Highway to Hell With a little joint of Columbian Gold Under a chair next to a Pinball machine 14 years later (1989) I am arrested for a murder Ha ! Ha !
Joey Diaz did a Porno in the 1970's With a Mexican hooker named Pinka Lopez For like $ 200 ...cuz he needed coke money He was age 17 ...its on the Dark Web
lol I just checked to see if my headphones were on correctly....they were, the mic only pulls down one way. the things you don't realize that you don't pay attention to can be amusing huh
Eddie isn't completely full of it, look up David Geffen of Geffen Records and you'll see where the gay influence in the music industry comes into play. MANY bands are fronted by gay singers (Aha, Petshop Boys, Prince, Queen, George Michael, Boy George Elton John, etc).
I don't really understand why it matters at all and is it supposed to be news or something that there are a lot of people in the LGBTQ community in the arts?...
@@henrythomas3390 The short answer is it doesn't matter at all. The long answer is the LGBTQ community is frequently (and loudly) complaining about how they are discriminated against in almost every facet of modern culture yet here is an industry where it's fairly obvious that it isn't the case and are actually favored so their argument of being the victim kind of flies out the window when you look at it...
@@jimmyjimjims7483 so they're accepted in one area of society congratulations have you thought about maybe why these people are so drawn to this type of expression is because his they have to hide who they're out of fear and nonacceptance by their own family and friends let alone strangers...
@@henrythomas3390 Not just the music industry but the film industry widely accepts them (even in the 1950's MANY top billing stars were gay) and even several other less prolific industries such as the field of accounting, fashion design, realty (home sales) etc all have LARGE quantities of gay representatives. So for them to be "discriminated" against in the 21st century is a bit of a stretch. Even where I work a large sector of the force is gay and there's nothing wrong with that and nobody even points it out or cares at all, HOWEVER a good portion of the LGBTQ community is still clinging to that 1970's mentality that the gays are looked down upon and use that as their victim card in the modern era. That's where Eddie's little conspiracy thing about gays in the music industry came from.
In the 1970's ...80's ...+ 90's We were all so fucked up on Booze ...hard drugs ...and violence We never noticed Freddy was gay We were busy fucking + fighting And getting thrown in prison Its was a Party That lasted 30 years Then, something changed Monsanto poisoned everyone So that humanity became Retarded Ok ?
Keeps shouting “the name of his band was queen” as though we’re meant to be like “oh yeah that was what gave it away” 3 out of the 4 members that formed it are/were straight lmao there was plenty of shit that gave away Freddie Mercury being gay the name of the band was not it XD
