Watch "The Minds of Men" by Truthstream Media. Its a great documentary about mk ultra. Goes way deeper than this guy. Sydney Gottlieb wasn't the "crazy mad scientist in control of the entire mk ultra program" as this guy claims. He was the scapegoat. Many scientists, psychologist's, psychiatrist, surgeon's, universities, and billions of dollars went into mk ultra sub projects. Some of today's modern psychiatric hero's who are praised for thier contribution to the field were involved in mk ultra sub projects. They committed crimes against humanity and should be prosecuted. Also look up Dr. Peter Breggin, one of the only physician's in the field to stand up and fight these psychopaths and call them what they are, demented, not great pioneer's in the field of understanding the human psyche.

I'll be buying the book to suppport him financially because the more books or documentaries he works on, the better our understanding of the weird world around us will be. And props to Rogan for giving the man a soapbox to stand on and tell these stories; phenomenal work on both parts and I thank you gentlemen.

After a couple of weeks now, I finished reading this book today - and holy shit, what a thorough and thrilling book! I highly recommend this book to whoever thirsts for true (!) crime, conspiracy theories or just to experience a rare breath of what journalism once was. I know O'Neill says in this interview that he don't have another 20 years in him to write a new and similar book, but I am definitely willing to donate money to this man if it means that he'll write some more - be it an extension/extra material of this book, or a deeper dive into one of the sub-chapters, like the RFK murder, JFK murder (probably too demanding a subject), or more MKUltra links. We need you, and other journalists like you, to police the authorities, Tom!!
@darrellonobody2869
@darrellonobody2869 4 года назад
I'm a little over halfway through, and I am willing to say it's hands down the best book on the subject. I've read several others, including Bugliosi's, and O'Neill's goes deeper and isn't deliberately sensationalistic. As to the JFK murder, there are (well, were) two other journalists of a similar quality to O'Neill and their names are on a book that is going to be released soon, "Coup in Dallas: Who Killed JFK and Why". Albarelli died about a year ago. I've read some of his other works, and he knows how to dig deep, and is pretty good about not speculating. Dick Russell only did the introduction, but he's worth mentioning because his book "The Man Who Knew Too Much" is of a similar quality and spirit to O'Neill's book about the Manson case. It handles the details of Richard Case Nagel, who was apparently an insider to the JFK murder, but isn't well known to the general public.

@@espenbaklid3178 Same here. Like O'Neill, I was never interested, then my wife insisted I watch Stone's "JFK" but only for the actual film making. I went down that rabbit hole for years. Albarelli's book was supposed to be out over a year ago, but kept getting pushed back, due to further additions. He put it all together for publishing, then became ill and died (nothing nefarious there, he was up there in years). Hopefully this next release date will be honored. It's the last book I'll be reading on the subject, as I finally called it quits with the subject about eight years ago.

The media loves to say that Trump's a racist because someone may have heard someone who may ha e heard him say it's the KungFlu...but they wouldn't dare speak up against something like this.

It expounds on and adds to much of Toms research, and it pre-dates Tom's book.

Should you have Mr O'Neil back, may I suggest these areas for discussion: 1. Tell the story about why Bugliosi's man Stephen Kay has never told all he knows. 2. Tell the story about Sharon's friend Hatami, the photographer, who was witness coached and witness threatened to tell the story about Manson visiting Cielo in March 1969. 3. Tell the story about why Watson was sequestered in Texas for a year while the farce trial happened, and then they brought him back for his own little farce trial. 4. Explain what he meant by his fleeting reference to Debra Tate, who scorned his book, Sharon's sister who shows no interest in the full story. Why? 5. Explain about the LA Benedict and Laurel Canyon celebrities who knew the murderers, and the victims, knew that these people knew each other, but were left out of the case by Bugliosi. Mama Cass et.al. (Ask Michael Caine. He met Manson and his trolls at Cass's house in early 69, and Sharon and Jay were there too. ) Further, the defence lawyers did not call these people as witnesses as well, although it is reported that lawyer Kanarek proposed to call them, then was pressured to withdraw his motion to do so. Why was their evidence intentionally omitted? 6. Explain about sleazy Rudy Altobeli, Cielo house owner, who knew Manson, all covered up by Bugliosi, the March 69 story being a cover story for what Manson was really doing there. 7. Explain about Polanski, whom he didn't interview, as he knew Polanski would say nothing, though clearly he does, and he simply sand bagged Bugliosi's book. 8. Explain why it seems the murderers didn't expect Sharon to be there, and killed her last, suggesting premeditation and planning. Sharon was supposed to be at her friend Sheila Wells' house that night, changing her mind that afternoon. 9. Explain why even Bugliosi suggested the actual murder count of this cult was something like 35-40 murders, but all they cared about was the show trial of 1970. 10. Why were the other Mansonites in the cult not interrogated exhaustively about other crimes and their knowledge of them? Even now you can tell that these old creeps know more than they have ever told. Those other murdered people were human beings too, with families. 11. Discuss Tex Watson being in LA before Manson and co arrived, being involved in his own criminal activities, a wig business on Rodeo Drive a front for drugs, and not just a floating around young guy who fell in with Manson, as per the official story. Who was he really? Doris Tate certainly wanted to know, having a more inquisitive mind than her daughter Debra. 12. How did Manson henchman and killer, Bruce Davis, a member of a cult scrounging around in supermarket bins, manage to get to London in early 1969 to attend a Scientology course, just at the same time as the questionable death of a former Manson guy there in London who had pissed off Manson over money? 13. Why is it that every writer, author or investigator, including Mr O'Neil it seems, who digs into this case gets threatened to back off, and I don't just mean cease and desist letters from lawyers, but something much more sinister. What is the nasty underbelly of this case that authorities, even 50+ years later, steadfastly continue to protect from coming out? That's a few questions and lines of enquiry for starters.

I've checked on an answer to your point 3. Tex Watson fled Spahn Ranch for Texas in October 1969. It seems as though his Texas attorneys argued strongly against his extradition to California. He also began a severe food fast/starvation losing 55 lbs--perhaps to allege diminished capacity. His trial was then delayed to ascertain whether he was competent to stand trial. As a lawyer, I think his absence from the main trial did the most harm/prejudice to the Manson family women in court. Their attorneys could not allege and fully explore his primary responsibility in the murder. Upon further reading, I believe what O'Neill implies; that the LaBianca's may have been a "murder for hire" type situation. Watson was certainly into psychedelics and LSD, but he was not a "typical" Manson family member. He had also been to the Cielo Drive house prior to the murders to party on at least one occasion. According to Watson, in an interview, he met Manson through the Beachboys' drummer. Like O'Neill argues, Watson spent time at the ranch in Death Valley--more murders could have occurred. I will try to post cites, but if you are interested in the interim, just google "Tex Watson."

Chuck Thunder it was never marketed as that, your extra slow. It was marketed as a look into hollywood which was always obviously going to be from a skewed perspective that doesn't implicate anyone. Tarentino lives in hollywood and is part of their code of secrecy, if you have read Tom's book you remember how no body wanted to meet with or talk to him about the murders. So why would tarentino throw his peers under the bus and implicate them in such heinous activities. Thats nonsense, it was always going to be a simple tarentino movie, not some groundbreaking sneak peak into a story thats never before been heard. Get real dude.

Dude Epstein ‘Murdering’ Himself is child’s play compared to shit like this. It’s the most blatantly obvious crime committed out in the open against a former Intelligence tool so clearly made out to be something it wasn’t that even your average run of the mill soccer mom Looks at it and says ‘That’s sketchy’. THIS SHIT RIGHT HERE THO , this is a great example of what our Intelligence agency’s do and the depth of the crazy shit they get into and even with this like he said he’s barely scraped the surface of all of the information on it. An this is just something he was able to delve into because it just so happen to involve the murder of a Top Tier Celebrity the time and performed by a group and lead suspect ‘Charlie’ that reached icon status. So now disregard this while consider all that went into it and all the shady shit that took place and consider the thousands of other cases that were similar too or very likely much much worse and more extensive unless your naive enough to this of this as a one time thing or the absolute most extreme example of something like this being done which neither of those are likely at all. So essentially there were thousands of basically ‘Zombified’ human beings that were brainwashed or brain diminished to the extent of being constantly manipulated and controlled like human ventriloquist dummies that could rape/murder and commit all types of horrific/terrible violent acts roaming around at the hands of our Intelligence agency. I would say Government but really the shits so deep and immoral and fucking extreme level of top secret that id be willing to bet most politicians and presidents had zero knowledge of it even taking place unless directly connected to it’s funding or origin and in most cases it’ll just he labeled as ‘Black Budget’ items and no description is required nor supplied for the hundreds of millions of dollars that get allocated too it. Meanwhile our tax money was being given to agency’s to basically create murderers and psychopaths to manipulate and treat as human lab rats 🐀 as if their lives were meaningless. Even deeper than that imagine- (What I’m SURE they also did but never would admit too/were very careful about making sure never gets out.) -what they could have done with CHILDREN as test to see what could/would happen if these experiments were too be carried out on a young pubescent minds to see if they could be molded into human machines so When they grew up they would essentially be Government or Agency Robots 🤖..... Sort of like 11 in stranger things. The shit is really all just soo fucked up people love to say “It’s like a movie man!” Like na bro , the reality of it all is farrr worse more extreme and bizarre than most if any ‘movie’ and the most bizarre part of it all is that the majority of people/the masses still trust and look up too/admire our government like a clean cut/honest/loving trustworthy father with top notch character. ‘Ohhhh they wouldn’t do this or that’. Like aside from JUST WHAT WE KNOW and can 100% PROVE such as ‘Gulf of Tonkin’ / ‘Operation Northwoods’ / ‘MK 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚’. And MANY MANY MORE PROVABLE ones yet people still refuse to look at shit like 9/11 or even now w/ this ‘Corona Virus’ shit , which NEVER been a Trump supporter but is it not kind of conveniently during an election year for the President?!? At a time when the economy was in literally the best shape its ever been things were getting done left and right and Trump was if anything GAINING in popularity/ trust of the people even after these adversaries tried EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE to take him out. It’s honestly made me from an Ex-Democrat or leaning Dem type too a total supporter of Trump if for no other reason that to go against all of the crooked Democrats trying to paint a picture as if they aren’t equally greedy/shady and crooked. And the fact that whether he’s a goof and a narcissistic dummy at times or not the fucking guys got BALLS and calls shit the fuck out and people out to there FACE. Something we desperately need in politics and just in general as opposed to this fake PC bullshit and all of these bought Politicians playing ball... Verdict is obviously still out on Corona but when you look at the US death totals for previous years and compare to this one the inflation or statistical deaths is exactly on par w/ every other years gradual increase and almost identical to the difference from 18 to 19 and so on... It just seems like it would be convenient for them to have something happen that COMPLETELY takes the power out of his hands/Makes him look stupid or unprepared for being optimistic and positive and takes away his ability to control what happens by shutting shit down. Just wait for the media shit storm when it all ends that’ll be painting Trump as ‘The worst president ever.’ And responsible for any and all deaths that took place during these past months lolol if it goes does down like that I will be ready and waiting for the polls to check his name after not voting since I was eligible too because I was always soo torn between the losers running I hated them all so equally... It’s all a racket and about power/control and we’re just game pieces my friends....
