I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss this man. Funding for scientific studies is difficult to come by, and if he can publish studies that “legitimize” mushrooms as beneficial in any context it’s a good thing, even in the context of vaccines. No one is forcing you to consume anything you don’t wish to (yet).

I absolutely love that Paul Stamets is back on the show! I've been following his work for 20 years. It's absurd that more people haven't clued in to the monumental importance of his work, and mushrooms in general.

I’ve done the stamets stack for 30 days - cycling 4 days on and 3 days off. I was very strict about schedule and noting my daily observations. In this period I was also doing 20 mins of breathing exercises every morning. Not only did I notice a change in my overall perspective of life, but also found new control over my decision making and a sense of clarity. I also got better at tying my shoes too 😂

I find it hard to listen to ways to deal with adverse reactions to that poison they made people take when the pharma companies and governments are still free from prosecution.

About a gram dose of cubensis annihilated depression and anxiety I'd been carrying around for months. I've taken psylocibin on and off for about thirty years. But I was still amazed at how it instantly got me out of a state of mind I saw no escape from.

I was married at Squire creek camp ground. My kids were raised camping there. I camped there several times every summer there. My grandmother was the caretaker, park ranger there for 27 years. Her and my grandfather took care of the place before it was a county park. I helped create about 5 different camp sites. It's much more than just tourists in campers😢, it's my heart and my most favorite spot on earth. ❤

For reference, the name of the mycologist from Detroit that Paul mentioned was Kilindi Iyi. He was a lifelong Martial Artist and Mycologist and expert in African Martial arts and folk medicine. He was a good man and he's dearly missed. I appreciate Paul for giving him a shout-out.

I feel like this was more of sales show for Stamets' company than an intimate conversation like it was the first time around.

This was good watch. After the birth of my daughter when she was around 5 months old I had very bad anxiety and depression. It got so bad a got a perscription for Zoloft. I had a choice that moment to micro dose mushrooms with or take the zoloft. I microdosed with lions mane for 3 months dosing myself twice a week and it helped tremendously. So greatful for the knowledge Paul has shared. Life saving information.

Didn’t recognize Paul at first without his mushroom hat. Rumor has it that the CIA took it.

Joe asks: "What benefit does it have" when talking about the fighters that use the lights. It's massively effective at training reaction time. If you visualize every light as a potential punch or kick, you can cross train this into avoiding kicks and punches. And spotting certain muscle twitches faster and correlate them with either a flinch or an actual punch/kick too.

Just because you're out of a control because you're on a substance doesn't mean you're not responsible

I ate Amanita Muscaria and it took like 3 hours to kick in. I went to bed, then I woke up and went to the porch upstairs. Would end up back in my bed without my knowledge of getting there, go back upstairs to the porch, back to my bed etc. etc. My brother watched me do the same thing like 20 times, and every time I would go back to bed and wake up I had no recollection of the time before.

Took about 10 min for me to lose all respect for Paul. He is covering up that the mushrooms will do as well or better than the vaccines. Totally sold out. What a bummer😢
