Honestly, that was maybe 60% full power. I've seen some technically competent kicks that were delivered at 100%, and would swear they would cut a man in half.
I don't know how some people think it is a good idea to challenge a pro to kick or punch them... I mean even in amateur league or even when people do it as a hobby, a decently executed leg kick is hurting so bad. There is a reason you don't go full blast even with protective gear on.

When I used to train, I was sparing with my coach and he kept popping my lead leg. I was still new and after the third time I said, "I know you're tryin g to teach me a lesson...but I'm not getting it lol". He said, "I'll give you a little more time". After a couple of more, I started to limp and he said, "quit putting your weight on that lead leg'....I never did that again. Dude up there taking that shot with his weight on the lead leg...yeah, he felt that lol
i was kicked a lot softer than that by a complete beginner in Muay Thai and it didn't really hurt at first. Just like a regular dead leg. But as the night progressed, it steadily got worse and worse and I could barley walk on it by the time I got home.

He asked for the kick, but the punch afterwards makes me understand that I don't want to meet Jon Jones. This guy is out of control, and idk if I'm ready to take a punch or kick to sue someone. I would tell the judge, I'm scared to leave my house and all of that.

In my country even school teachers have Doctor in the license but they are not medical doctors. The word it self can be attributed to a very wide range of profesions because it means teacher or scholar. But these guys I call scammers :))

If you never experienced a real leg kick. I promise getting ko’ed is way more preferable. In learning how to check kicks I accidentally went bone on bone. I found Jesus that day and some crutches.
