I understand the worry about hurting rose in the bus, but my boi michael chiesa actually got cut by it And I hear no one talking about him Yeah he wasnt a champion But still He has a lot to lose as well
Why is it considered worse if Rose got cut up and had her career ended over someone like Ray Borg? In most of these Joe vids on the Conor incident, he's talking about how shaken up Rose was, how distraught she was, etc. but she didn't even get a scratch. It was Borg that suffered physical injury and got his cornea cut up and bloodied.
Apparently it started well before then. Artem was invited to watch an MMA event in Russia by his friend Ruzal Mirzaev who was fighting on the card. After the event in a Moscow bar a few dagastanis, either friends or fans of khabib, started hassling Artem about Connors avoidance of khabib. When Ruzal broke it up he was attacked later in the night, apparently by the same three, who set about him with a chain, bat and rubber bullet gun. Artem not long after did an interview with a Russian media outlet and vented about what happened and said what joe did, ‘Connor isn’t the coward hiding from khabib. Khabib is the one who always pulls out so who is the real coward.’ Khabib heard this interview and the rest is history. Mmademon’s channel does a vid about this.
This dude flew to New York from Ireland to just to beat someone's ass? Dam... I dunno whether i should think that's fucked up or wish i had a friend like that.
It reminds me of the time Stone Cold Steve Austin surprised Vince Mcmahon backstage and suplexed him into his limousine... In the words of Trump: Fake News...
StripperTipper-405 Beating a world muay thai champion twice in a row is no fluke, granted I didn't like this last deicision against Joanna or Rogan's perspective of "Rose getting the better of the exchanges", but I think she's one of the highest calibur women in the UFC right now. He striking and ground game are both legit as fuck, and her fight sense is phenomenal for someone who essentially got thrown to the wolves early in her career. When she was on TUF I first really noticed her when she fought Joanne Calderwood and the first 2 seconds of the fight Rose sprints to the center and hits her with a perfect, and I mean perfect technique and powerful front leg side kick to the mug and from there Rose lit her the fuck up for the rest of the fight. She's as legit as they come
Steve Wenners The thing is, Budweiser is originally from Poland from the town of Budvar/Budwar, and that polish company won a trial to rebrand from original budweiser to bud light ( trademark strike(
Dude Irish gangsters are like boisterous high school guys taken to a heavy extreme Believe me in an Irish Scottish family who’s going into the British army and into the paras no less Having family friends be in Irish gangs is tense
i thought the theory was that conor wanted to confront khabib at the presser and take max's place. conor gets to fight without the full press tour against a khabib that trained for max? conor missed the presser so he had to get at the eagle somehow so he could step in last minute?
It's just banter based on their reputation for such things to Russian soldiers, I don't know which group would win if the Irish and Dagestanis had a fight - would be interesting to watch
Guys straight up my dad knows a lot more than the average fan, and honestly guys he told me that this stuff is a lot more serious than people think. it's a messed up situation for sure though.
Dana: Hey guys, there's gonna be an "incident"... er, event, with Conor, we don't know when he'll show up, so get on the bus we will see what happens from there... Oh yeah, some of you may want to wear these shades... no? Ray? Want a pair of Ray Bans? You're good? You sure? Mike Chieska? Rose? No one else wants shades? Ok, just offering...
Think Connor owns the ufc the way he carries on . Imagine there’s a deal on the table for him in the future, because of his popularity and fan base draw .very possible
Good grief. He was just emphasizing she's young and her career could've been prematurely ended by this event. How dare he call her beautiful at the same time.
