OK, Joe, but tell us why we should give up an animal milk. I have always believed your passion and considered you fair dinkum. But that was marketing BS. If you believe it’s wrong to drink animal milks, just say so. That was such an inauthentic video, I’m so surprised you let it go.

@JR Thanks, Joe. But not all of that is proven. We lose calcium every day and if we don't get enough in our diet, we will be in deficit. Also, what you say about increased risks applies to high levels of dairy in the diet, not for those who take a moderate amount. There will always be exceptions and some are more susceptible to certain diseases. The antibiotics in animals argument is weak given how many antibiotics are used in the general human population, often because the patient believes they need it, rather than for clinical reasons. That is certainly changing in the UK, thankfully, but we've still some way to go. But other 'milks' have some downsides, too. Let's take soya, so much of which is GMO - about 80% some years back and could be more now. And almond milk is an environmental nightmare. It perpetuates monoculture and the gross exploitation of bees as pollinators through the totally unnatural use of transportation to effect mass migration. I'm not averse to keeping bees - I am a beekeeper - but I treat mine with respect. Something we get little of from those who insist we are doing something wrong, yet they are quaffing almond milk and eating avocados. I've nothing against avocados, either. I love 'em, though some find it hard to believe they are not a recently discovered foodstuff. Now, I have been replacing some of my milk with non-dairy for the past year or so and found oat milk to be the most pleasant and environmentally acceptable. With a litre selling for anything up to £2.50 for a product that isn't even always JUST oats and water, but has other fillers, I'd have thought the economic argument alone would make the sale on the juicer more compelling. I'm certainly coming round to it. Anyway, keep up the good work. I am a fan, but I have a low bullshit threshold and this video came across as if you were reading somebody else's script. Keep well.
@JR Try some fresh from the cow or goat that has NOT been treated.. Im sure there are farms around you or you can order online. Milk is good for the body.
