Man. Jo I’m just learning of your passing now. So sad to hear the news. I took 5 years off the gym and slow down. I lost my gains. Not by design but because I had too much going on. I built a gym at the house started working out again. I can’t believe how he never took any days out. How much the body needs rest and need to recover. I remember how you would pop up on my feed always with a great positive smile and inspiring millions like me. Rest In peace king. You’ll never be forgotten.

The biggest difference I notice between Joe’s posing and Larry’s is the facial expression. Smiling makes it look like you are more comfortable and thus making it seem like you are more at ease when you are flexing to pose. I think it makes a difference on stage and to judges. Joe does it well.

RIP Joe. He inspired me to try achieving an aesthetic phsyique. Of course I could never get to his level but it definitely keeps me trying and improving my training. Too soon for this man to go, I hope he keeps making gains up in heaven
