If it's off top, the lyrics aren't as impressive (still really impressive regardless) as his flow and delivery... he's just riding tf out that beat and spitting fast. That's what's special

Revok Sixth That was the main problem with Kenny's verse for me. His flow was basically non-existent. Which is so uncharacteristic of Kendrick. I thought he was about to kill it like he did on Holy Key. But no.

Who remembers the end scene in scarface where Tony is floating face down in a pool of blood and the screen pans up showing the golden ball with "the world is yours" around it glowing neon pink. That bar went over my head for too long. Glad I rewatched this.
5 years later and these are still the best mask off verses I've heard. One of the only times I'll say someone outdid Kendrick, and his bars were fucking incredible
