I no joke lived next to this guy in Waukee, IA. He always put out the best candy for Halloween (he couldn't go out because he had MS) and he'd have a sign that said take 3. Rest In Peace sweet prince.
was that where he lived until he died? just wondered since he had been silent since 2018, and not much has been known what he had been up to the last three years before he passed away.
I love hearing personal little stories like this, as much as it makes me want to cry too haha. Even though I never got to personally meet him, I just know from these stories and through interviews I've watched that he truly was an absolutely wonderful, down to earth and kind person. His loss feels like I lost a family member, every once in awhile it just hits me hard and I have to cry. But it puts me at ease to think that he's up there rocking away with Paul and that he's finally at peace. Rest in power, you legend. ❤
@@TheArpage Never seen one, huh? It's anything but peaceful. There's seizures, vomiting, etc. So yes, one can't die peacefully in their sleep from an overdose.
It physically hurts to watch this and think about what he had to go through when he got kicked out of slipknot, man I wonder if that shit is still up there
i don't think all of it is, but definitely some of it. on his instagram he made a post for the anniversary of slipknot last year, and said how proud he was of the band and their achievements. in the photo was one of their plaques
god damn it, it must be painful to no longer be part of slipknot and go home to see all great moments in your career hung up on the walls, we can never know what really happened between him and the band so lets not assume and blame the band because it could only ever be an assumption based on ignorance, but my heart goes out to him, we will have probably gone through things like being together with a romantic partner for several years, you grow very close and attached to each other, and it eventually comes to an end against your will because of an apparent incompatibility and you live to see yourself replaced by someone else, there is nothing more agonizing for the soul.
slipknot was his entire life. You can tell now, when all these videos make sense after his death. Such a nice guy. hope you reach the peace you looking for Joey.
I'm lucky enough to have his signature kit and snare as my go to kit. He was the reason I picked the sticks back up. I had quit playing after my mom passed, 6 years had passed and Slipknot came out and man dudes drumming was insane and it only got better, I couldn't help it but to be reinspired thanks for that (Nathan) Joey Jordison 🤘🤟🤘
if he was in slipknot until now maybe hes alive...so sad to think he was to upset getting kick out of the band that he loves the most..RIP legend Joey Jordison..ill he your forever fan
Joey looks like such a nice guy to be around. I'd love to have lived in his neighborhood and get to his house to drink a couple beers and hang out... just like good friends do. Rest in peace, my dearest Joey. You will be missed deeply...
I know I’m just glad he’s doing okay and getting back into what he loves Scar the Martyr was brilliant as well as Vimic and Sinsaenum the man is an amazing musician
@@micheljansen3175 but he also had that illness in his legs that basically killed them he got treatment and therapy for it and he's better now but i was reading articles stating he volunteered to leave from primary sources
@Vincent if Paul was still alive, Joey would still be in the group (even though the disease thingy was there, Paul would probably just ask him to take a small break and just come with a tour drummer or smth)
you can tell he really appreciates the awards and is proud of slipknot, it's not egotistical, you can just tell that he really does give a shit. as he should. nice house too.
how would one not die of depression when all u see walking around your house, is your trophy of honour with ur most favourite thing in the world which is, Slipknot. RIP my brother😔
Hellraiser, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Reservoir Dogs, and Taxi Driver, yeah, one of my favourites!!!I love horror movies and Tarantino too, Rest Easy, Joey!!!
I still can't believe how they kicked him out via email. Like, they just assumed he was on drugs, but he actually had health problems. Did they even have evidence to support their drug theory before they kicked him out?? I miss Joeyyyyy
According to Joey: they kicked him out without a band meeting and he said he was completely blindsided by it.....all while rehabilitating with Transverse Myelitis. F'king sad.
love slipknot when joey was in the band, the time they decided to kick joey, they are fucking business man. they will never be famous without joey. it's the killer drum that make slipknot unique..
Best word ever… “I cook with my phone” 😂😂😂 RIP to a legend Joey Jordison Badass drummer #1 favorite drummer April 26th, 1975 - July 26th, 2021 Rest in Peace man
Being a custom artwork & picture framer specializing in memorabilia, I really love seeing all of Joey's framed stuff. He obviously enjoyed sharing it with others.
idk, i bet joey still has at least some of this stuff up. Slipknot was a big part of his life, and im sure he's mature enough to embrace the fact that he was a big part of Slipknot's upbringing. Putting aside the fact that Slipknot and the team behind the band kicked him out, im sure he isnt bitter about it one bit, especially now
I have MS myself so his death hit me so fucking hard for so many reasons and now it just feels so hollow knowing they both are gone. Just incredibly sad.
Slipknot Slayer Scarface on the mantle. The soundtrack to the apocalypse boxset fuck yeah. All those posters are just dope. What a house. What a dude. The legend. Wish I could of met you dude, at least once. R.I.P Joey. Molter. \,,/
Damn hes got a better house then me ahaha ahaha I can't believe no-one knows that he's a Bad-Ass drummer that lives on the block ahaha I cook with my phone ahaha
If you think about it, he probably doesn't. I mean yeah, he got kicked out of slipknot (Or whatever happened... Its been about a year and to my knowledge nothing has been said...) but those are legendary achievements (Golden and platinum records) and awesome stuff to look at. It was also a major part of his life. If it was me, I know I wouldn't. But who knows? Maybe he does and I am completely off... :)
@@htttpcoco he never quit Slipknot, he was fired via email just months after recovering from Transverse Myelitis. Slipknot straight stabbed Joey in the back and then lied to their fans about it.
