Keeping it 100% real , John can go over there and lose every single match with every single opponent and it will not change his status as the GOAT in the slightest degree. What more can this man do for this sport? ? People say he is the "Jordan" or " Gretzky " of Arm Wrestling, which is certainly true but I would say he's even bigger to his sport then either of those Legends. Honestly, John Brzenk IS Arm Wrestling. And there isn't a single fan of this sport who doesn't know , respect and idolize all his accomplishments. Can John still compete at the Highest level in this sport at his age.?? Yeah ... Probably , lol , he is the Goat. But if Father time has different plans , I hope he knows it won't matter one bit to all his devoted fans.👍 Great video Ryan.... Cheers.

This one dude that’s in Top 8 cut through John like butter in 2018. And then a different guy won against the guy who won against John that’s in the Top 8 too. Hopefully the 5-6 month work out for John will make him overcome them. It’s up in the air.

@@quiet216 You can look at it from another angle. In 2018 he beat Sergei Patrikeev, who destroyed Krassimir the same day, and Krassimir almost won Zloty right hand in 2019. So ... nothing is clear :D

Hey Blue, great content as per usual! Would you happen to know if John's looked into getting teflon put in his shoulder socket? A friend of mines father suffered from severe shoulder arthritis/rotator cuff cartilage loss (basically had none so it was bone on bone contact) and having surgery, teflon put into his bone and shoulder socket, he is basically pain free and 'kink' free now. No more dinks and stress there. If he hasn't looked into that at all I would highly suggest that! It would enable a smoother and stronger shoulder roll and keep John in the game for years to come!

It sounds like hes had it for most of his life and hes feeling the pain from being older, not from the actual arm wrestling so all he has to do is manage the pain. His explanation makes it sound like his shoulder issue wont affect his actual strength. So I believe hes just gonna leave it alone especially since the surgery was a failure.

@@sergeysmelnik I didnt see that way, I think he said in practice video that he doesnt feel that connection with his lat and shoulder because its not as stable as it used to. So I think it affects his strength because he doesnt have those 'tools' to use against his opponents. But prove me wrong maybe I misunderstood it:/

As we said before, peptides and various other supplements before stem cells. Stem cells ofc couldn't hurt either.. but they're insanely expensive, and probably less effective.

@@stoneeh Stem cells in Panama are the real deal. Not like US, and the price is better. The best treatment you can get inside the states, doesn't hold a candle to what you can get there. Laws and regulations 😑 In fact, the "stem cell treatments" available in the states are an absolute joke. I just wanna see the guy feel like he's 25 again. Do you give much credit to peptides? I've seen some clinical results that kinda made me feel like it's just a new sales gimmick. Trying peptides, I thought they were exactly that.

Fox 8ball Yes is luv to, but it’s not easy to find out when & where he will be at, maybe it’s because i’m new to the sport but it’s not like other sports where you can just jump online to your favorite team and see a listed schedule as to where and when they’re playing, ya know, but i’ll def try to stay on top of things and find out.

John if you even had a clue how much you have inspired me in my life. I don’t arm wrestle but I play sports and when you announced your return I quit vaping. I also started dieting and training again, I hope to compete at world class levels in several sports and snowmobile like a professional. My business has also flourished and I want to thank you for being the man you are. I believe in you John and I want so badly to watch you come back and shock the world.
